aa, put ayden on the bed lor, this way he cant stand right? He will fuss if keep lying down? Den let him flip and crawl... Now u know y sam keep falling off the bed, cos i keep letting her to lie down. Lol!

Yvonne: He won't lie down on the bed when he's awake leh. When he wakes up, he'll start to call us to attned to him liao.
His urge to stand is so strong, sometimes he'll bend his body backwards to supoprt against our body to stand.. And if we make him sit down, he'll try again or he'll scream at us for stopping him. I place him in the exersacuer which gives some support, he also doesn't like it.. *faintz* In fact, when he stands, he can move one leg forward as if walking..
I've not forgotten it's not good for the bb to stand now. More imptly, I don't want him to skip the crawling stage. He's creeping (moving his buttocks up and down) and not really crawling (ie on hands and knees) yet..

Huingee: That's why I headache. I dunno how to stop him.. And I don't want us to carry him too much cos this will lead to other problems..

Kaexin: He's 5 plus mths.. Not sure if he wants to walk, but he definitely wants to stand.. I think it could be cos jiejie is always running, hopping and jumping about and he wants to join in the fun..

aa, lol. Sam also show sign of walking. When i carry her supporting at armpit, she can move her feet to walk, but the leg still not strong enough to support the whole body, so the leg is like bending like that. (guess ayden also like this?) u can try giving him more rattles and toys, teethers for him. Give more things to distract him. So he don feel bored. Let him watch tv? Pocoyo? Or flash cards? Hmm... Many things can distract him to stop fussing when sitting or lying down. But very tiring. Must endure lor. I feel that babies from 6month to 12month is the most busy moment. Lol!

Aa, yes, i also agree with u. Me and nick also discuss already. He is now taking 2jobs to substain. Hopefully we can overcome this hard times. I think everyone also have go thru the hard times? I must morally support him lor. Cannot give him stress .
 
Yvonne: Done all the above except watching tv.. Which I told him I'll start when he turns 6mths old. But how long can we flash cards for? Anyway.. I think I can only hurry up his crawling.. Cos as long as he starts crawling properly (ie on hands and knees), I really don't mind him walking.. I'm just trying to prevent him from skipping the crawling stage.. It's super important the baby doesn't skip this stage..

Yvonne: And congratulate me.. I found out a possible reason why he wakes up at night. Cos he's got eczema and it itches quite a bit. So he wkes up crying at night. Eversince I aplied the cream on him it's getting better and he could sleep throught the night as before now..

As for him not wanting to sleep in the day, I think it's due to his playfulness. He wants to play with jiejie. So as long as there's noise from jiejie, he also wants to be awake..
