i've learned to slow down abit and tell her abit about our environment whenever i'm with her.

and this is difficult for me cos even when i was preggie, i was still running around and walk faster than the teenagers kind.
 
Pink: I don't think Leia has ADHD leh. When I saw her at gymbo last time, she wasn't too hyper.. In any case, I think it's too early to tell at this age. A hyper child is always restless and doesn't know how to settle down, and doesn't know how to concentrate.. Anna is even more active, and I'm also not worried yet. Cos too early to tell.. Relax..

astro, gymboree is out for anthea at the moment, coz she glues herself to the floor instead of exploring the gym, so i dun wanna waste $. wait till she learns to crawl first (dunno when lah). this wkend no where to bring her.. sianz...

you can consider swimming if you are keen.

you only tried once at gymboree? maybe got to try a few more times? anthea likes balls right? even when you put the ball a distance from her, she's not keen?

nanny just called said this time the rash came out again.. normally came out in the day, then subside when she goes home. so its the cement? how to avoid? the lift upgrading is going to be there for 2 years. (i dunno why it takes so long). i hate lift upgrade.

Just let Anthea joins those with music and movement like kindermusik. Sure she will enjoy. Physically she might not be good or advance but she might be good in other areas. Some kids gross motor skills are not good but good with fine motor skills and more obsevant. Diff kids are strong points in diff area, take time to see what she enjoy and what she is good at. Take it easy lah. Want to said cheer up it's friday but realise it's school holiday for u.

no lah, i dun think she has ADHD, not that exaggerating, but i find her super hyper, not like a girl at all. She hates it when i put on clothes for her, moving and yelling away...

even my mum comment why my girl like tat, neither my bro or me were like tat, like a worm always wriggling...now carry her, she stretch and turn and sometimes almost falling off. when i put her in playpen or playard, i must quickly hide away, if not once she caught sight of me, she will start crying away...

perhaps im not patient enough :p was thinking whteher to bring her back on 1 weekday every week, but i dun think i can cope, as hubby said i will have to take it on myself becos weekday he's very busy...why i so mei you yong...

JJ: i have seen the actual shoe wheel.. at this shop in marina sq, 2nd level, they sell all the nice furbishing. the shoe wheel is quite big leh, like those industrial fan size.
Hey u confirm changing smaller size for shoo shoo...? according to QQ. baby's feet grows very fast in the 1st yr, need to change shoes like every 3 to 4 mths. u wanna stick with the larger size??

anyone has any other methods of cutting nails for bb ah? apart from when asleep..? coz teng awake will pull his hands and legs away one when i try to cut. last time feedng can cut. now no lei.. argghh

sleeping cut.. he tossed and turned.. jus tnow open eyes look at me.. i thought he wake liao.. then close eyes again. heng..

astro, anthea also possessed at gymboree lor... dunno why at kinder she was all smiley and interested, but at gymboree, even the sing-song session she also fussed a lot. only the bubbles and parachute can calm her down.

SQ, she only plays with the ball lor.. haha... basically at gymboree, she only plays with the balls, observe other pple.. other than that she either glues to the floor or me/hubby... waste money leh... i wanted to bring her swimming since very long ago, even bought swimsuit liao, but everytime we wanted to bring her, she was either sick/going to be sick/raining/cold weather. no chance. this wkend also cant, coz she has been sneezing.. me too.. the flu bugs catching up with us...

astro, see how lah.. see we got yuan2 fen4 or not... tmr i got wedding dinner leh... gotta reach noble house at 5pm to help set up reception.

it's lidat one. when i was at gymboree, i was the one running around for the first 10mins. trying to get YE to explore the other parts of the gym besides her favourite.

then it struck me that she should be the one setting the pace instead. so i just let her be

actually now year end, not a good time to swim. always raining. so i usually go at the hottest part of the day: 12nn. so YE v tan now

Astro: think gymbo play gym session timing will change if they have any classes/ or pte event. so best still to call them every weekend before heading down.
 
like that cannot lah. everytime i clip a little.. he wakes up and smile at me.. then go back to sleep. then pull his hands and legs into new positions. .like that cut nails sooner or later heart attack.. argh

dun tell me in the middle of the night then cut nails???? like that will i see ghosts?

last nite i went for my company dinner, so i ask ws to leave office on time so that he can bring K back earlier i/o waiting for me.
at 9.30pm on my way home, I called from the car my house phone, GUESS WHO answered the phone ???
my MIL!! it seems when i ask WS why his parents came over. His answer "my parents insists on coming over, scared i can handle carrying K and my notebook at same time " !!! haiz

i also cut K's nails on nite. but this morning shw woke up ard 6.30am so at 7am, i trim for her.
i let her sit on my lap, then i started trim.
i hand she holding dr atopeave, the other hand nails being trimmed.

i did wonder whether it was the FANCL pill, but i first tried when i bought the samples in Japan and was ok...well this time it started after i increase the dosage to twice a day, (the pack indicated thrice a day)..at the same time i went to bangkok, if its bed bugs, how come hubby didnt get it??? beats me.

anyway today hubby birthday, bringing him to seafood harvest in bugis...oops think i cannot eat seafood..but he has been longing to eat lobster..i take a bite lah

you sending teng for gymboree bootcamp right? pls continue doing that. cos YE likes gymboree. every day, i'm cracking my brain as to how i can let her go more often. one of the more obvious ones would be when i take leave. most prob near xmas period if possible. then i want to bring her to gymboree to her hearts' content. everyday also never mind. and i'll go the tanglin mall outlet cos i always get lost in vivo city. i hate that place.

read your mum's "predicament".... somehow i find it amusing... no offence hor. Cos your mum is like my mil!! their philosophy is babies are so smart and they will develop their own pace, so now is to pacify and give them what they wants!!
 
Astro, SQ, Edde, Pink: When we went for gymbo trial Level 3 class, Anna also cried at some parts leh.. The class was v big with at least 10 children and both parents were around for all of them. It was quite crowded but fun. I think it's perfectly normal and even essential for babies to fuss and cry as long as they can be calmed down, cos they're displaying their emotions and likes and dislikes mah..

SQ: I shd be going this weekend to gymbo. Either the harbour front or tanglin.. Haven't decided.. Will YE and Anna finally meet each other?

cos sat we're at kinder. i try hard not to go for gymbo in the same day. scarly at night cant' zzz cos too excited.

then this sun gg mum's place early, so no gymbo. will prob go next sun though

SQ: YALOR!! I AM NOT JOKING LEH.. I really thinking of where to get those headbands with light fixed on top one lei.. else how i grope around in the dark??.. that time the ENT specialist also wearing the same thing when sending the probe down my throat.. haiz.. should have ask her when she got that probe.. haiz.. wasted.. haha!
 
Pink: Maybe ur body cannot tahan the higher dosage? better take note of the ingredient.. u might be allergic leh.
I also kenna very bad bed bugs i tink (When i was in swiss last June). Hubby didn't get it, i think cos my blood sweeter cos i was preggy liao that time. It was so bad, both my arms(the entire arms), part of my ankles and neck and wasit area, a lotof cream cannot be applied cos preggy mah, had to wait till i come back to sg for treatment!.. def not a good experience and its sumthing i dun want to go thru again!
 
aiyo baby girl, as i was typing the post, i realise there's so many things i wanna do, but so little time leh. weekend is so precious! divided between all the errands and everyone wanting to see the baby somehow.

dunno leh. dunno how to park at vivo so i'll land up right at gymbo's doorstep also. i like familiar places, so kept going tanglin. although it's a super boring place

and tanglin nearer for me, can speed all the way. i must be prepared for short journeys in case the notti gal CIO when i'm driving mah...
 
Astro: Teng will definitely needs getting used to if your mum "see open" and doesn't pick him up when he fusses. It's like a mini-CIO episode each time when he fusses an your mum picks him up. Right?

My MIL is also liddat with anna lah.. Spoils her and always carries her.
 


SQ: the gymbo at vivo is not difficult to find, level 3, take the lift from harbour front side, (the lift near the food court/Delifrance end), got signages to guide you as you get out of the lift. They also labelled the lift so u know which floor its on.
BTW: how is the gymbo at tanglin? big and spacious?
