Jo can hold her btl, but vv lazy lah. she also vv smart... she hold her btl to the side and rest her hand on the pillow. can relax. drink till fall asleep....

Alamak..my ah bien cried v cham when HB brought him over to my parent's pl yday. He cried when my dad carried him then after that HB carried him to calm him down. He clinged onto HB like a koala bear...luckily he was ok after awhile. So surprised he cried cos he usually v friendly leh and moreover, he meets my parents weekly. Maybe hasnt warm up lor dats y cry.

Pink: After reading your posts on hubby and marriage.. Are u the type who quietly and silently takes in unhappiness in the marriage without telling your hubby? I think u shd voice it out more. See, we can't expect him to guess how you're feeling and know exactly what to do to show he loves and care.. And see everytime you " blow-up", he makes an effort to make it up right?

Plus, I think we need to come to terms that the relationship is no longer just a simple gf and bf - all passion and romance, champagne and roses.. It's now a family unit, with a baby.. There're so much more things to consider - the very basic is how to make a living to provide for this family unit. I think your hubby feels at this point that this is the most impt role for him to take up.

So I think you shd just voice out to him whenever you need to let him know how u feel, and if u want to know where/how he is, take the initiative to sms/call or whatever to hunt him down and ask lor.

anna is an adaptable bb. she doesn't have much problems, develops faster than her age, and she learns so fast! i'm so envious

I think babies are generally very adaptable.. And that's becos they've no expectations - everything is a new and learning experience.. So unlike adults..

She has difficulty falling asleep without crying. This has become too often that I'm afraid it may cultivate in her a sense of "fear" when going to bed..
 
SQ: hhmm.. don't know whether consider the bb tummy or left over fat tummy from ashlyn but when i eat until reali full, can't suck in tummy anymore.. these 2 days got tummyache.. haiz.. lucky no bleeding...
 
i'm so tired these 2 nites. he has been crying 3-4 times in his sleep. can even sit up crying. got to shift him back to sleeping position. i'm also waiting to put him in his own room when he reaches 1 yr. now he is in adjoining room to mine. separated by a sliding door. so not considered sleeping on his own yet rite?

YE also will cry sometimes. i'm also wondering what to do about that. but after i leave her room, i don't go back in now. she will cry and then zzz. though it's not my idea of a "good" way of going to bed.

and of course the problem of waking up at 530am. we don't force her to go back to bed cos i think it's pretty long to zzz from 730pm to 530am liao leh. but it's tiring for us

Carol: my gal totally woke up at 4am also.. mayb over stimulated try to not play too much 1 or 2 hrs before slp..mite work.. cos it worked for ash..

We do the same to anna.. Leave her in the room to cry, and then zzz.. But it's become too much and too often, can't go on.. Now whenever we want her to lie down (even if to drink her milk), she'll start to fuss and cry..

SQ: Last tine it was as you described.. Sometimes fuss a little, sometimes a lot, sometimes don't even fuss.. But lately, has got worse.. I think it's my fault lah.. Have been "sending her off" to bed too abruptly, that she's got a phobia of being placed in a lying down position..

Going to buy more books to read to her.. I've got some board and cloth books from teh sprees here, but so far, she doesn't really like being read to leh..
