need some help here. This is just 5min in the oven, already so high liao, 15min more den will 'ding'. Normally put the mixture till how much ah? Also hor, must put those tray with holes ? I realise the cup don stay in shape, end up i must shape the aluminium foil to let it stay in shape. I think will fail so badly. Lol! And i m so drama, i mix the flour and egg and butter, all splashed on my face, floor, table top, everywhere in my kitchen! :s

yvonne, er.. meaning yr top temp is too high? then overall temp not high enuf? i also cant help u coz i am a baking idiot, must ask joelle the expert baker.
but usually for muffin, i use the muffin tray coz the muffin cup is too light and flimsy to hold the wt of the mixture esp if u make big ones.. fill up 3/4 high.. and dun keep opening the oven door to check coz the hot air escapes.. yr cupcakes become lava-ing volcano now?

called joelle for help, lucky! U are right, temp too high. Nv erupt too much. Just crack and not smooth surface, cos mix too long. Now waiting to cool and serve for the kids tea break later. *happy with the smell but not the result, hope it is edible. Lol!

The gals so happy when they see mi pouring the batter into the cups. And this bel so funny, i pre heat the oven haven put the cakes in, den got ding sound, she tot it is ready to eat. Have a hard time making them to slp, both excited to eat the cake.

i don have the tray and i bought the wrong cup. So must fold the foil to support the cup.
Oh ya, nv open the oven to check, i wait till it 'ding' den i open. Still not cook.

yvonne, enjoy yr tea! next time try to make from sratch, its very easy as pax always put it.. then add in extra things like chocolates, hundreds and thousands, raisins, banana, strawberry etc etc etc! its very fun!
few wks ago i baked a chocolate cake. the recipe says bake for 25 min (or so, i forgotten) but i bake for 1hr then the cake is cooked! ended up i had a hard crusted cake

mine also hard. She says temp too high from the start, so next time put lower temp. Eg: the recipe i followed says 180d, so next time i must put 150d. Must try and error.

the jap jelley is easy! 15min gao dim. Not messy also. Wahahaha! Now my fridge veri empty, u make mi wan to make also l! Wahahha. my jelley tray yellow yellow liao, throw when i moved, now i cant find the same tray i had.

mag, veri difficult to filled up. Hb will always finish the junk i bought at night. Some time i must hide my fav biscuit at some corner. If not next day i cant find liao. My tub of ice cream just bought the day before. Yesterday left half tub!

hello mummies, thanks Michelle.
AIyoh for the past few days are really crazy.
Initally Gwyen was down with fever but recover within a day. and follow up Clyde. His is pretty bad cos he hardly can wake up. When to see pd on Wed morning, and he slept throughout the day. Called pd yesterday morning and she suggest to me to bring him to NUH. *faint* Apparently he looks much better when i saw him at mil place during lunch time. But still brought him to NUH. Pd said nothing worrying since he was more active then.

i saw this container with multiple tubes, can make icee, put water add syrup ..put in freezer to form into icee. interested? i was hesitating whether to buy..in the end bought those fanciful trays for jelly instead.
