she still likes the school, just that sometimes it is still not to her liking. i think still acceptable. and most importantly teachers are nice and good here, unlike the pcf. this am we passed by pcf, teacher never say hi to us. both me and jay kept looking at the principal and hope to say hello le. they treat us like not existing woh.
as for tian, crying baby then let her be.

just tell your maid, she can sayang chloe thr other ways, eg kiss on her hand, but not on face due to hygiene factors. ;p
as for my maid, she's greedy lah, and keep requesting for more... yah, she knows abt the contract but she still wanna request, try her luck cos she thot she is indispensable? hahaha... she forgot liao, she's in s'pore, at our workplace, we r taught no one is indispensable. ;p

mummies, i made coconut jelly! BUT FAILED! my first time using gelatine and am not familiar with it, in the end i used too little gelatine and my jelly din set properly
i just tasted it aft it has been refrigerated for 4 hrs, its even a little softer than tofu! *cry!*
now i wont complain having to pay $2.50 for 1 coconut jelly coz its not as easy to make as i tot! my maid had a hard time "chopping" 6 coconuts to drain the juice, then had to scoop out the coconut flesh... then i experimented with the gelatine, scooped back the mixture into the individual coconuts (of coz it wld be easy if u just use a bowl/cup).. i told my maid, this is my first and last time making coconut jelly!
for coconut jelly fans out there, here's the recipe (the same one rr posted) once again.. and NTUC now has promo for thai young coconut $2+ for 3 (thats why i was tempted to make this!) HV FUN!

Mejo: How to tell the difference between cold sores and eczema? Ayden's lower lip tend to flare with a pink patch (no blisters though) on and off. It started since my ex ex ex (lost count) maid gave him half-boiled eggs. These days we avoid giving him eggs, but the pink patch still comes on and off. I've no idea what's the trigger. It doesn't seem to bother him though. If I apply steroid cream, it will go away, only to re-appear a while later. So I'm not entirely sure what is the trigger.
Belle, Pink: For the first few maids I had, I told them they're not allowed to beat or kiss the kids. Then as I change and change maids, I forgot to tell them liao. Recently I saw one maid kissing Ayden. Then I just told her that she cannot kiss the children. I make it as a statement - no accusation, no feeling type, just very matter-of-factly.

hives can appear as red bumps or 'lines' on the skin, very itchy.. chinese called it FENG MO. Western doc will say due to allergy.. they will not pinpoint wat will say its prob due to food etc. doc will prescribe anti histamine n stimes jab if too serious. i also hv bumps b4.. i rem doc ask me if i used anyting new or ate anything etc.. i only recalled maggie noodles which are NOT new to me.. i just brushed it off as MSG overdose.

i strict to my maid when it comes to my kids... other than that, eg. household chores, i jus close both eyes. sigh! cannot expect to be very clean
btw, today i did household chores myself, after 5 mths.. hahaha... and hor, we clean much more cleaner than my maid man. My hubby feels that we clean better, although more busy. lucky he dun mind to do the cleaning.. hahaha
