Pink: I don't remember when I said she's bad tempered leh. If I did, must be becos she's my dotter and mummy is bad-tempered.
The bumper mat is indeed very good. Can definitely cushion the pain of any falls. Anna sometimes cries when she falls still. But I think not from the pain, but from the shock of falling.
Star: Thanks for the tip. Drink tea can or not? Hubby and I both drink tea and not coffee leh..

erm, I am lucky cos as what Astro said, EJ didn't really have any dependency right from the start.. his only dependency is the pacifier.. when he scream, I will just go back to the room and hush him.. usually it's also because his paci dropped.. so put back the paci and pat a bit his chest (cos he usually sleeps upright).. but again, I hardly pats him to sleep, cos I don't want to create that habit of patting. Hmm, but the strange thing is, the IC teachers told me they always pat him to sleep when he is there.. hmm, but then again, in the IC, he doesn't use pacifier! So perhaps his dependency there is patting while at home is paci?

actually to be honest. me also very worried if need conceive no 2.. u see miser no longer younger.. 35 liao.. if need conceive must quick quick chop chop. coz once men hit 40.. increased chances of autism.. that time applied for Pathlight school.. had a chance to go inside.. eye opening expereince..

Hmm, how do you define cruising huh? Cuz she can "walk" around the perimeter of her haenim play-yard, sometimes she even let one hand off from the play-yard. She can also put both her hands on coffee table and move around it, then throw all the magazines onto the floor. :/ So is that considered cruising?

The cot sides are not high enuff. I scared she topple out of it. She is always trying to reach things. Hubby supposed to lower it but hor, he say only never do.

She can stand there very well lei. Dun think she will topple backwards and even if she does, think carpeted floor, not so bad bah.

yeah.. that's why i say tramautic.. u know what is the most traumautic part... in order to terminate, I actually had to birth the baby. Ya, I was induced to "give birth".. cos that is the safest and best way to get bb out.. cos at 5mths cannot do D&C.. i remembered clearly on the day when I left the hospi, I saw this other couple going home with their new baby and I just burst into tears cos I felt so cheated that I had gone through "labour" but no baby to bring home.. ok.. i better stop.. don't want to tramautise anyone else..

I didn't want to say who cos this mummy had a safe delivery liao.. but i know i won't go back to him.. he is too bo-chup.. as in, he never really give any supplements or tell me to take any thing.. the rational side of me knows it's not his fault (as in, if it will happen it will happen).. but somehow I can't help but feel that he should have been more on-the-ball.. his attitude is that folic acid, u can also get in daily diet like green veg.. so even if take folic acis supplement, may not mean anything (he actually said that).. I was too shocked and numbed at that time to refute.. now on thinking back, I felt like boxing him!

I think it is the haenim play-yard. She started standing up pretty soon after we installed the play-yard and then in the blink of an eye, she is cruising liao. She is the type who want to move alot bah. Now very difficult to get her to sleep cuz the moment I put her in cot, she will stand up in it. Last time during developmental checkup, GP said must recheck her neck cuz she was diagnosed with head lag at 3 months (I think, can't remember clearly liao) but hor, at gymboree, her head and upper half body can be lifted clear off the ground! Dr Low even commented that she too ambitious cuz she is like doing yoga style bend back while on her tummy lying on the examination table. But she is so active that she lose weight! I have a different set of problems...

Then by the time they reply, the price has increased liao. It doesn't help there are a few sources which offer this - Amazon, Toysrus, Leapfrog. And to add to the confusion, there are 2 versions - one normal type and a gift set.. Can't figure out what's included in each.. And I haven't finished.. Both normal and gift set are at the same price! Siao liao..

Mejo: Anna likes to do pilates/yoga too. She likes to balance on 3 limbs in a doggy position.. SHe will stretch out the off-the-ground limb to be horizontal.. Dunno what she's doing..

this is one of the reasons why there will always be an ache in my heart.. no I didn't look. Hubby specifically told me not to. I don't know if I have the courage to see.. then now at times I kicked myself that I so coward.. frankly, my baby was deformed.. it's not just the spine, her head also misshapen.. so hubby said NO or I will forever have this haunting image in my mind.. I also dunno if I should have looked or not. But I think one thing I did regret was that everything was done in a very hush hush and rush rush.. you know, it's like sweeping everything under the carpet.. cos my mom, my aunts.. everyone kept nagging me to terminate.. they all said it's the best, it's for my own good, for bb own good etc.. so I felt that I just went thru all in a daze.. in a sense, I didn't have a proper grieving. we didn't have any remembrance of bb (like a niche or what) cos I know everyone would be against that idea.. cos I think Chinese believe u cannot mourn spirit.. cos in a sense bb was never born.. oh well..

edde: u let anthea watch the baby einstein discs meant for 1 yrs and above like farm animals, home animals, shapes etc, not so boring lah.. i showed Rae the baby bach (seasons one i think) meant for 1 mth and above, she was glued to the screen and i fell asleep.. too boring liao..hahah. Like what Astro suggest, u watchw ith anthea, i will read and explain like each animals that come and screen and what they can to when i watch with rae. U try lah. Very sayang if Anthea dun like the disc ley.

Matthew was an easy baby, he was a typical textbook baby. like Teng, he could play on his own w/o me ard... i could do all my stuff... so damn ez
Jo was more tricky. her naps r messy. she's more active and is up and about more often than M. cannot sit still. but letting her explore on her own, i realise she do things more herself.. she does make sounds trying to get our attn (vv rare), but she's ok most of the time.
YES, if really needed, if i have another, i will use CIO at abt 3-4mths.. not too late. it would be more difficult.

Autum: yeap.. liek i say. i tink i can understand u perfectly. irregardless of the the gestation period.. a loss is a loss. and it doesn't help that the support gp for such loss is so difficult to cry. me too remembered going through all of it in a daze.. wah more 6.30am be at TMC to wait till dunno what time to D & C.. hear Dr chua discuss on her daughter P1 admission with the other doc.. can't remember his name.. i was like. can be a bit more sensitive??
and i had the abortion without my mum knowing. coz i know.. i cant handle all that kind of ' i sympathise' u pressure.. i think dun look.. coz at least.. bb still a pretty memory.. once u look. it only worsen the pain.. grieve it in ur heart.. that's what i did.. i kept all the scan pics of the first.. till now..and they are all fading off into a shade of grey.. like my memories of the first. teng will make it fade like it should.. over time of course.. need time to heal..def.. but focus on EJ now..
