hahaha. i put my RP lanyard aroud teng.. and he walks around wearing that. like he got first in something.. soo cute..
linda: ya. if lucky.. but the agency says very very few leh.. actually i wanted to ask that agency. if so hard for pple to get M maids. why they still specialise in M Maids? of coure.. i didn't ask
.. i think M maids are good i ncharacter.. but the problem is the lang. and it is a big problem lor..
ur manager is blind leh. and that kid is smart leh. he knows how to pretend to work..then engage in office politics.. this kind very scheming.. EVIL!

I hv been killing myself doing this cause this is soo not me. (I tink its a virgo thing to be kpo and guan jia po.)
But my collig put me in the correct retrospective. Since I hv done everything dat is ME to resolve and the problem persist, I should do it the total opposite way.
Some history:
1. This kids dad used to work in our company. He is a well liked and VERY good worker. The guess is he asked our dept director a favour to let his boy try out.
2. The director took the boy in and dump it onto the mgr. Coincidently, the boy and mgr are from same country AND the boy is the same age of the mgr's dotter, so there is some further 'obligation' to push in this kid.
3. My mgr is overloaded coz we are short of manpower at all our projs. Therefore, he let each team work on our own. (We are supposed to have a LEAD but there is none, so the mgr PT) With soo much work on his hand, he cant be bothered with the cp of Linda abt the young boy.
4. Our proj schedule is super short and tight. So the mgr prob puts it as, juz another month to go....
5. My mgr reads me like a book. He knows dat i am the gan cheong spider kind and will push the team to work. In a way, it worked with the other guys, so he assumed it will work with this kid. But this fella is reallie @#%^$^#%$^#^#$^.....

Kekeke... Teng must be super happy and having fun at home. I feel so guilty. I only see the kids for 1.5 hour every day and all i do during dat time is eat and watch TV. LOL....

(and that woud mean he did nothing.) then he also paiseh. when u can spit out all those details which he shd be more familiar with.. but cannot.. then very clear who is doing all the work liao.. but i dun think we are wronging him in any way.. if he pisses me off. i will be saying things like ' if u spend the time u spend on the hp on this project, u will surely knowmore than i do!' IN FRONT of ur manager.. that's who i wld react if i am super pissed!

Oh ya.. another thing i keep piaking her is wat u know.. she keep putting her finger in her nose!!! and her ears!!!
got once.. she woke up with a scratch on the nose.. Got blood somemore.. I think is she scratch her nose while zzz lor.. den got dry skin on the nose liao right?? i caught her while zzzz .. that means when she zzzz she touch her nose dry skin.. Sigh..

for my case, i have to say rina is quite smart and pick things up fast within the last 1-2mths. she does her basic things and know how to use most of the electric appliances, just by teaching her once or at most twice.

I am not saying I like this M maid.. cos i haven't even seen her myself! But I feel that the forum mummy is quite honest with me and gave a very objective reason of why she wants to let go of the maid.. so i feel that if she can say the M maid is of good character and loves children, i think i can believe her.. also, she has no obligation to hardsell her maid.. because to her, whether I take over her M maid or not, it's not important, because she will just send the maid back to the agency if I don't want.
Compared to if say I walk-in to an agency.. they may try to hardsell their maids.. so very hard to have an objective gauge.. you know what I mean.

Since fri chloe is with my sis maid, i tell u my sis maid is really good, fri i just 'dump' chloe there n assume she got food to eat le.. cos my sis goes home to eat dinner mah..but i m bad mummy le just do the assumption. on Monday maid wrote me a note PLEADING me n put PLEASE on her note n underline it, PLEASE MA'AM PLS HELP ME BUY STHING FOR CHLOE..wah i got a shock. Then when i told my sis n talk to the maid, i got to know the maid eat only instant mee, left over food the nite before or bread for her lunch. dats why she ask me to buy fish etc for chloe.. then i go tell my sis which in turn went home to ask the maid why maid ask me buy fish but never tell my sis..then the maid very funny, wrote me a long note just now say she is sorry for making me feel bad, n sorry to cause misunderstanding etc. till i had to call her to say it is perfectly ok to ask me buy this buy that. she says will treat my girl like her own niece, own dotter, own family le. i instructed her to give one time milk (cos cc will also give one time milk) she gave 2 times to make chloe sleep, then she apologise again she says she dun want chloe to lose weight she is really good la..i called her back to assure her i m fine n thank her for her help too.
