it's bit confusing when those webs etc selling aloe vera products say it's gd for preggies to drink aloe vera stuffs to help with digestion

Zenn - red dates and longan are indeed very heaty. Ok if we take during confinement but now may not be suitable, unless just take a bit.
 
zenn, im not sure about the spray. external usage should be ok ba. maybe can ask gynae cos suppliers selling these stuffs sure tell u it's safe.

btw gals, any pre-natal classes to recommend? Wanna go to my hospital's one, but it ends on Dec. 30 and my EDD on Jan. 11. Even the lady arranging the course was a bit doubtful of the timing. Cost of antenatal class at East Shore costs $178.50 (4 sessions) and at other places at least $300-400....
