last night had a bad dream..dreamt hubby wanted go downstair at 1045pm on a sun night to give'canopy' to someone .i asked him who he meeting he dun want say then bring a backpack somemore!!

then later i find out 'canopy'is hair roll!! then before i follow him to check who he met the alarm rang!!! phew!! turn ard saw hubby still sleeping so soundly!!felt like give him a punch!!

Thursday liao, still looking forward to Sat, my gynae visit.....

It's getting more and more excited liao.... hahaha... some of us popping in another 2-3 weeks time......gan cheong leh.... aiyo, though I'm doing it for the 3rd time, I can sense the gan cheong-ness from u ladies and I also getting gan cheong....

Before anyone of u pop, I shall give u some advice and support. Those who really wish to breastfeed your baby and thinks that it's the best food you can give to your newborns, continuing trusting it and should you come across any problem with breastfeeding, child caring or need someone to talk to, helps are available. U can always call the BMSG hotline, send them email or call me to talk to me =P, just don't give up easily, endurance and patience as well as knowledge is the success of breastfeeding as well as anything.... so remember, no matter how hard times will be, there's always help available. Otherwise, log in here lah, then we can share and vent our anger...

Just want to check with u ladies..do any of u start feeling pain in your private part? It is not so much of a cramp..but feels more like pain..like something falling out from there...just wondering if this is normal?

dey i often have pain in the private part... something pressing on it...sometimes i go pee,can feel something heavy down there like dropping...
sometimes when bb move,i can feel down there pain too... ask my gynae b4,she say normal...

weigh myself this morning n found myself 1kg heavier aft last night!!! hopefully it's bcoz food still in me.. aft poo-ing, hope will lose abit of weight.. haha..

met a fren who is currently a doc now.. advicing me not to be hero n take epidural... she saw many cases where they finally wish to take epidural aft hours of torture, but due to contraction pain, couldn't cooperate for them to administer epidural..

I think i hv the same prob as u..bf might become a problem after working...there is no proper place to express milk at my workplace..can only do it in the toilet but again hygience might be a concern too..

sigh.... yesterday afternoon, more o tt gooey mucus-like thing fell out... just now went toilet, when i wipe, saw a bit o brown brown stuff.. dunno if more will fall out later... if it's e mucus plug, fall a bit everyday, very fast there'll b no more, then how?

better go consult somebody. tonight i'll let Mrs Wong see e pix o my discharge during antenatal class n c wat she says...

i dun haf contractions yet... nt even BH... but still nt reassured lah... later like fizz said, kena infection how? &^&#$^#@%^*%(*^ last few wks liao still must gif me these kinda trouble...

but i din call up my gynea coz i remembered my colik ever told me tat she can feel her boi's head in between her legs towards the end of her pregnancy.

if yours is office toilet, maybe still not tt bad... i'm working in NUS mah.. the toilet there used by students, staffs etc... hygiene definitely cannot make it.. n worst of all, i will never noe if those who handle chemicals washed their hands first b4 going toilet anot.. so i dun even dare to express in toilet.. the most i will do is to maybe learn how to hand express n throw away the milk lor.. muz at least maintain the supply bah...

my own cot oso arrive last sat.. so big.. agree with u.. at the store.. it doesn't look big.. in fact, looks quite small.. now it's so "in the way"... but hor, these few days, i kept walking to the cot n admire it although it's not "dressed up" yet.. i even "beg" hubby to let me assemble the cot musical mobile but he dun allow..

i doubt the bb head hv engaged. at least i stil felt tat my ger is roaming ard.
i suppose it's more like trying to engage.
coz ard 36 wks, high chance will angage leh.
thus the feeling comes up from time to time.

try to monitor her hiccups. coz my ger sometimes hiccups are on the side instead of below. tats why i am sure she hv not engage.

i think the pressure u feeling below is perfectly normal leh. my colick also told me that. last trim or rather last mth of pregnancy very very uncomfortable cos can feel something like a head there lidat. walk also uncomfortable one. Sometimes now i encounter that when i stand after sitting a long time.

I also got pblm to BF after coming back to work. but i scare dun pump out will engoge during the day leh. But my colick say she works from 830-53pm still ok. but go home time starting to feel hard liao. so everytime she go back she hv to faster feed her bb with her ne ne lor.

Its now Nov!!! I've having a lot of hip/back pains when i sleep now and keep waking up to turn. I oso put a waterproof sheet under my bed yesterday cos trying to get ready in case water leaks. =P but like a bit warm to sleep on...

oso start to think seriously when i shd start maternity leave. wanted to work till i pop, but with this backache, a bit hard to say... plus, so many pple keep saying i might pop early...sigh... nevermind, Monday gynae appt see wat he say. maybe last week of Nov i shd take leave...

yesterday i did my glucose blood test....out of 7 tests i oni passed 1....the rest fail badly....then i didnt do the last 1 cos' beri sian liao & my fingers getting sore fr pricking.....this mon sure get scolding fr my gynae when he c my result

for first child, it's normal for bb to engage early. i also feel a lot of pressure down there n discomfort in my hips area, but gynae confirmed my bb not engaged yet. cannot imagine, not engaged yet already so uncomfortable liao.

I had this pulling pain on the right side of my tummy, for one moment, i thot was contraction, but was suddenly brought to remembrance, contraction don't happen to only 1 side of the tummy. So called up my gynae, and gynae said, if pain persists and develops fever, it could be appendict, and i was given 2 days MC. Thankfully the pain subsided

probably start dressing up the cot next wk. now the mattress is still wrapped in plastic, i dunno if it's a gd idea to unwrap the plastic yet. i think i will definitely need to wash the sheets closer to the date, if bb comes on edd, the sheets will be exposed for a month. but if i dun dress the cot, no space to keep all that bedsheets.

is the 2nd hand cot meant for ur in-laws place?

ladies, do you take note the timing for your bh contractions? How often you have them? Btw, last nite i still have backache and crampy feeling, now also and with abit of nausea. Dunno if i getting stomach flu from hubby or these are signs of preterm labour. Also having constipation these 2 days dunno if the backache and crampy feeling can be due to that.

thanks for ur concern. i think it's the medication i'm taking. i was on 11 days of antibiotics amongst other medicines. checked with the ent doctor today. she told me the vomitting after every meal, pooing a few times a day, n itch down there r most likely all due to antibiotics, which will worsen pregnancy symptoms. good news is that the antibiotics course ended yesterday. yippee. hopefully the symptoms will stop soon.

i sleep air con room mah...thats why test temp to be sure. heehee!

I not using blanket for bb (cos they say bb may end up wif blanket over face, so i scared), just put bb in sleepsuit or one of those grobag thingy instead. So I put thermometer on top of the sheets to tet temp without blankets first. I just use another clean bedsheet (one of my old ones) to over the cot and keep the dust out...
