aiyo... these pple very "fan" one lah... rainbow club is a charity group for children... last time also come to my house and ask for donation... they wanted us to do a monthly donation thru our credit card.... told them no but we'll do a one time donation.... they don't accept... so funny... insist on monthly deduction thru credit card only... i refuse lor.. coz last time my friend told me she did the same time... and after like a couple of years, she wanted to cancel and they don't allow... still continue to deduct... until she have to cancel her credit card....

My MIL is oso startin to suggest the "shld dos" n "shldnt dos" durin my confinemt...n she is my confinemt lady...she told me tat it is better not to bathe...but I replied her tat most of my frens bathe...so she suggested usin herbs...luckily my hb pre-empted her tat I m very fussy...n asked her to listen n gif in to my preference...

yah, i hv a v. irritating colleague who likes to touch my tummy everytime she sees me. i told her she's molesting me, but she buay paiseh, rubbed my tummy again n said she is molesting my girl, not me.

perhaps u can juz tell your colleague frankly that u don't like pple to touch your tummy.

that day 1 colleague also asked 'can i touch your tummy?' then I juz walked away without answering her yes/no. so i think she got my hint. then some colleagues will say 'yo, tummy so small'...others will say 'yo, so big liao'...i also keep quiet & walked away. they want to talk I let them talk cos I hv no right to stop them. but when i walk away, they hv nothing to talk liao =P

ur confinement lady sounds good leh..for me hor, till now i dunnoe how my confinement lady look like. i've transfer $200 as deposit to her account leow n she din even call me upon receipt. ended up, i called her loo~ anyway, she was recommended by my ex-colleague who jus given birth in april..her comments on this CL was good loo..my dat ex-colleague got 3 dotters like vanessa n tink dat CL been doing her confinement for 2 dotters leow...tink shd be trustworthy lah...

Fizz, some of my friends/colleagues got touch my tummy without permission. Some got ask for permission. Even got male colleagues who asked for permission...of course i din allow the male colleague to touch my tummy...such a strange request.

When i conceived my elder gal, at about 6months, my colleague shook my tummy so that she can feel baby's move. I almost lost my balance man. Now i used to it liao, people come and touch and 'sayang' baby.

after my recent checkup on monday (wk 27/28) my gynae say next visit is in 2 weeks liao, no more mthly. Hb and i very happy cos can see baby in 2 weeks time.

Then those buy pkg with gynae more worth lor. cos mthly visit aldy like 7x liao. then 2mths be4 is 2x mthly, then last mth is 4x. so total 13x. My gynae pkg in KKH is 10x nia leh.

my feet already start swelling... usually gets slight better at the end of the day when i can put my feet up... now when i press my feet, can see the depression on it... hubby was shocked when i demo to him... so funny

I start feeling very hot also leh.. aiyooo switch on aircon liao hor but still warm warm leh.. neck there will still sweat leh. duno isit after i cook my dinner feel the hotness lar..

dat time i ever asked the nurse in my gynae's clinic abt swollening of feets. she told me hor, tink usually abt 7mth preg hor, we might got swollen feets due to water retention. for me, i hv not reached 7mth preg yet so tink now my legs look swollen cos fat fat...

paiseh.. juz checked.. next appt is 11th Oct.. shd be 4 weeks.. heeee~ me never really take note of the interval between each visit.. :p not sure when will start seeing gynae once every 2 weeks leh.. my gynae din tell me much..

ya lor.. got package more worth it.. mine per visit is at least $50.. den fr now till delivery at least 6 more visits bah...

wah.. better try to take out wedding ring n all other rings leh.. coz later can get worse leh.. on of my fren couldn't remove her wedding ring as it got stuck.. den finally few days before her delivery, her water retention drop abit den she managed to pull out.. :p i heard liao scare scare.. so everyday will test test see if the ring too tight anot.. :p

i heard hor, to avoid water retention, u nid to drink alot of water regardless of how often u visit the toilet. erm...if i'm not wrong, it's good to drink alot of water cos ur body nid more water now. but tink dun drink too much at night cos not good for our kidneys...

tink cannot go for foot reflexology leh...erm...tink hor, if preg hor, shd avoid going for massage lah except for those really for preg type de...but tink hor, it's better that we dun go cos personally i feel dat those massage centres usually got those strong herb's smell. then hor, heard dat it's better dat preggies dun go near those strong herb's smell, not good leh..dunnoe true or not but i tink better stay away loo~ :p

Me also got swollen feet leh, i just bought a new pair of shoe recently and now become so tight. Wear liao like wrap dumpling....

usually i put cushion on my coffee table and put my feet up while watching tv lor... at night will put cushion on my feet also...

u have to drink more water to prevent water rentention not cut down.. tink have to cut down on sodium intake as well..

if you press the fleshy part of your feet and you can see a depression there, then it's water retention... if it's fats, it will bounce right back

I just back from my GTT test.. got a total of 3 holes instead of 2 hole..
the injection part is small case, but I dun like the orange drink (glugose tolerance drink) given by them.. yucks yucks!

But the test very cheap.. $10 nia..

yes, our body knows how much water we need. if we dun have enuf, it will just retain the water as backup. Water retention and the water u pass out as urine is different lor. Just reduce on salt intake, drink more water and take potassium like banana.

ya lor... i put moisturizer on my feet every night... coz my colleague's feet swell until crack leh... so i very scared... everyday moisturize here and there (stomach, backside, breast etc etc)... very busy leh.. ha ha...

ur appt oni $50 including scan? so cheap. mine is $60. $50 for consult & $10 for routine check for urine test & Bld pressure. gynae din charge me scan lor.
Tonight gonna put hands with soap to remove both rings. wait cannot take out very pain & plus fat fat fingers lagi ugly.

i got go foot reflexology every alt wk leh. the man say it helps so that wont hv cramps lor. the shop no use herbal smelly thing oni use those normal mosituriser to lubricate. ehhe after massage liao i will feel foot light light. but of cos must say pregnant lar. cos some senstive plc they cant press hard esp the area below ankle cos that is the ovary plc.

High five, me also leh. After shower (twice a day) will put moisturiser on area that i can reach, breast, stomach, backside, leg, feet, arms, etc. So hor need more time to prepare before leaving the house

mine dun include scan one.. scan is $70+ leh.. my gynae dun do scan for every checkup.. like yesterday's checkup, she onli listen to bb's heartbeat n feel my tummy onli.. dunnoe if she will scan for next visit anot...

Cause i need to go construction site mah. So bought a pair of ballerina shoe which is easier to walk around. But hor who know the feet swell within a week. Waste my $$....

Yr appt cost very cheap leh....My package hor start at 24weeks and cost $840 including scaning, medicine CT scan and some other thing that i can remember lar. Only know before sigining package hor, usual visit come up to $120 lor.....Think mine gyane charge the highest here. But hor i am comfortable with her so dont mind paying abit more lor.

My package is $330, 2 scans only too.. today my appt is unscheduled one, coz I just wanna go there to take a letter to say that I'm fit for travel, coz the stupid air asia says need letter after 28 wks

And this unscheduled visit they also never charge me leh..

1st hole poke on left arm at 9am, then 11am, poke on left hand unsuccesful, then need to poke on the right one lor..

dunno when will get results..

The fees supposed to be only $14, but after subsidise is only $10.. Didn't know it's so cheap ;p
