for me, I usually will sleep like log once head hit pillow if I sleep late after 12 midnight loh. if not, will tend to get up and visit to toilet 2-3 times during dawn.

yup, the mentioned article - case is really a sad case.joy become disappointed and heart-broken. yup, acc to the book, it stated by drinking water will help to reduce water retention. that's because the enlarging abdomen presses on the vein that returns fluids back to the heart. Fluids then pool in the legs. also these factor that affect swelling are:

- heat
- Standing for long periods of time
- "Long" days of activity
- Diet low in potassium
- High level of caffeine consumption
- High level of sodium intake

as for the facial, I only stopped last mth cos felt uncomfortable lying on my back for 1 hr +. anyway, I still left only 2 facial session and a body massanger and will use it after confinement or after that. the beautian still wanted to persuade me to sign and continue saying that there is special promo etc. I told her that i dunno will I be free next yr liao if wanted to sign then sign next yr.

yup, it is indeed a sad case. happy moment turned out to be tragic case. like the 9pm show, the lady acted by Guo Shuxian also lost her bb too and she is so affected that she went into depression.

yup, when I was reading in the hardcopy of the newspaper, I was feeling sad.I also let hubby read the case too.

same here sometimes, legs dun felt cramp but just can't move (very tight), maybe bec due to blood circulation as I stayed in the same postion thru my sleep. also sometimes, I forgot go and stretch and leg cramp will occur and will ask hubby for resue though he sleep like a log.

yeah, the articles mentioned is really veri veri sad. oh my gosh, intestsine 'grow' outside stomach... it might be the inproper develop of the fetus. that's why the first 3 mth is the most impt stage of the pregnancy.


I guess so....it seems like the elephant legs. I felt legs so heavy too can't even lift up my legs when wearing pants. anyway, I started to wear dress liao cos my XL and size 32 pants cannot wear liao. now ppls in my office(from other office) finally know I'm preggie. haa...have been hiding tummy under my pants and jackets for mths.

guess when one is 8th onwards, bb will outgrown very fast and tummy will ballon up. we are just like a penguin with elephant legs liao.

Finally It's Thursday

I woke up at 5 am today, so now very tired. My no. 1 is sick, she's having fever and red eye... so poor thing.... see her also heartache....sad man....

Nvr mind, today is Thursday liao, Weekend is coming.... Sat got many things planned.... noon to see my no.3, afternoon bake cookies and nite make tiramisu.... fruitful day huh, mayb sunday cook bai guo yi mi to drink....hahaha... cooking the whole weekend....

yesterday went Clementi botak jones had dinner!

hubby n i last min decided to go with only $30 in wallet haha!

I ate fish n chips,hubby ate botak burger n order one beef sausage to share!!

it was yummy!! satisfied my craving for fish n chips! business was good there!!

as usual..in car on way home...i dun feel good again..told hubby 'about time to merlion'....reach home all out!! ....but ok lah..at least i enjoyed the meals very much!

aiyo...then before went sleep..saw my legs like a bit swollen leh..

I have smth to ask u gal.. i hor wakeup at dawn to pee but then my urine flow is like very slow & stuck lidat le. why lidat ar? sometimes in the day i got urine feeliing but then go toilet "ma bu" oni no much urine flow out leh.. isit got infection??
Then also when i wakeup this morning to pee, my legs like very fat lidat leh. isit so called water retention. but i din drink water be4 slp. oni ate fruits be4 slp.

jen, i oso wonder if i got urinary tract infection coz me keep wanting to go toilet.. n just one two drop come out only.

vanessa, last nite my friends oso mentioned these few weeks their kids fall sick.. say maybe its the haze..

tink the urine problem might be coz the bb is pressing on your bladder? i get that some days, when you feel very urgent and nothing much comes out when u go toilet... some days are ok... so i tot it's coz bb is sometimes pressing on the bladder...

but if it continues.... maybe u have to check with your gynae... coz i read tat it's easy to get urinary infection this period of time??

When i had my elder gal, same like you, I had MS from day 1 i knew i'm pregnant till about giving birth...but the MS subsided lah, initial was morning to nite, every meal i ate i merlion, but after 5th or 6th month, it reduced to 1 time..than after that some days have, some days don't have.

dun tink it's pyschological leh...after dinner then just felt whole stomach like 'chunking' leh..tink throat like getting ready to vomit liao..if i dun throw out..i will feel even more xin ku...so now just used to vomit dinner out...lunch sometime will vomit out too...only breakfast is saved!!

yah, work v near tuas. 15mins can reach liao... =P I've been going to Tuas branch since last year. The botak chef usually at Tuas side, but now with 3 branches, I think maybe he rotate? The burger best rite? Better than Carl's Jnr. But, Carl's Jnr more convenient la, and not bad oso...best among all fast food outlets like McDonald's etc.
