glad to hear both of u are fine. what a scare...

wah, count kicks ah...what exactly is one? sometimes it is "thup thup thup thup" is that count 1 or 4? my bb now kick a lot more...morning, afternoon, night, all can feel. My fren said her 2nd child one day stop kicking, she quickly went hospital, turn out the cord around his neck, so quickly deliver. Lucky bb ok now. So we must really keep track of our bb.

So scary! but then again, why would the cord around the neck be dangerous, cos bb is not breathing also right in the water bag?

Wah! Very scary leh..luckily your fren is alert enough to go hospital for a check..but some days baby is quieter..how do we monitor their kicks then? as long as they kick 10 times in a day is OK?

so scary leh ur frd case.. if my bb dun kick i give her chance until tomolo one leh. cos this mommy also pig leh. love to slp so i think my dotter will be same as mommy sooo pig one lor. now u say this incident bb dun kick one day i also must go hosp liao.. or go GP to scan cos opp my hse clinic got the scanning machine, the doc both go learn u/s lor.

ya leh. my bb will let dad feel her kick one leh. maybe want to let dad know she not good to bully one. ahah cos maybe got once i quarrel with hb i cry & cry. but that was when i was in 3-4mth. bb knows dad bully me so dun like daddy for that nxt 2mths leh. until now then let dad feel her kicks.. wow my gal sure come out fierece fierce lar. ahaha
I also will complain to hb why oni think of gal never ask abt me one?? but i let him concern my gal 1st so gal will love daddy also lar. our child sure love us cos we gave them food this 9mths leh. wow durian lar.. etc.. all those sumptuous food that when they come out for 6mths cant eat one mah hor? ahahhahaa

the cord around neck is one of the most dangerous things as it can cut off blood supply from brain to the rest of body. Like being strangled lor.

my fren was quite near full term when it happen. She said she just knew something was not right when her usually active bb suddenly stop moving. I oso hope I will have that "instinct" when the time comes.

choi choi. dun want ur bb no active. all the way our bb will be active until we experience contraction pain lar.. must tell bb play inside also be careful dun play with the cord.. play with hands &amp; legs can lar. but not the cord cos mom cant see her mah.. i think my bb hear what i say leh. now i key to tell u all she kick me few times liao. she wakeup liao. maybe hungry liao..

Vanessa, milo got alot of vit B which is for energy. I think you need that loh.... nowadays I have like 3 scoops of milo to one small mug...hehehee.. very concentrated but I no longer put milk after the glucose scare.

Calynn, sometimes when my bb does not move, I sing to her. I think the singing is so terrible she started protesting :p So you can try this too :p

Oh..another question to ask. My MIL was telling me not use mothballs with bb clothes cos bb is too sensitive for mothballs. If that is the case, is there any alternatives? Cos my home is quite humid so I will the clothes will turn yellow if I do not put mothballs.

MBB, there is also another range of products 'avado organics' that supposedly is more natural than the usual shampoos, but have not try it before so I am not sure if it is really good or not.

bloom i dun put mothball in my own cupboard also leh. i find it smelly. instead i use a Ambi Pur cupboard freshener.. I duno if this will not turn clothings yellowish lar??

Ya those non-rinse type. They have a office in IP selling it, its an MLM company. No worry, if you are really interested i can get for you and pass it to you or mail to you. Coz my church is near IP, usually will alight at Tanjong Pagar MRT than walk to church (maxwell there).

My sis also put lots of mothball in the cupboard of my nieces, then my mum will always scream at her for that... I'm also same as Jen, find the mothball smelly and it's not good for health, so my cupboard got nothing...haha. now i know y my clothes, especially white one always have yellow stain which are not washable... any idea how to wash away the stain huh?

AS for my maid, dun ren then what can I do? Sometimes is not I can lun or not, it's sometimes I kana qi till no words to say, so just walk away... I was just afraid that 1 day I'll abuse her.... ren wu ke ren liao....hahaha....

My gynae ask me to pour milk into my milo to increase the calcium intake.... I've tried once or twice, I still prefers condensed milk...haha... I loves chocolate, even my annum I bought also chocolate flavour....

saw some mummies recommended sebamed or lactady (spelling smtg wrong) for nb. supposedly very mild for nb skin, plus it's non rinse oso.

now that u mentioned, I remembered when I was in TMC, they use Lactady (dunno how to spell) for showering of nb.... but then my mum don't like that lah, as usual old ppl feel that no foam like not clean like that.... so I was actually using Nuskin's Epoch bb for my gals lor...

u can soak in bleach lor..
else when u iron i heard pple say esp when iron white col clothings have to spray water on the cloth then iron so it wont turn yellowish so fast or long time no wear.

I was actually quite conscious with choco when I'm pregnant, cos as constipation will happens most of the time, to prevent painful business, I'll try to reduce my choco intake, too heaty liao.... then my mum keep telling me to stay away from choco cos choco will slow down bb growth in future, but not sure if it's true or not?

nuskin ahh... i'm kinda wary of it coz somehow its not suitable for my skin. i used it before (cleanser, toner, mask &amp; scrub) and my face breakout like crazy. but i got many friends who say its really good. maybe its just my skin...

i oso heard tat too much choco is not good... but how to resist?

i oso heard fullerton choco buffet is superb.. all things choco... colleague went there before, he say its an overdose of choco for him..

Vanessa, no idea how to get rid of the yellow stains. Recently I throw some into the washing machine and some of the spots went away but not all. I suspect might have to use bleach. Hahaha..if I were you I would have abuse her long ago. I got a very short fuse. I guess one of the scaring factors is also that the employer might not be abusing the maid, but the maid starting taking it out on the helpless members of the household like the elderly and children because she does not like to be reminded/lectured. *scary* I also love chocolate, so my enfamama is chocolate flavour
