hee hee, in fact I luv my stay there and actually bu se de go home....hahah... so shiok and feel so blessed and cherished.... Even though deliver food to u one also so nice, they come in n greet u and ask how r u, then they ask u how's the food this n that... very friendly....

Hubby alway say i timid/scare of dark. What to do, grow up in big family mah. Walk every where also got ppl. So if i am to stay in 1 bedded hor hubby MUST stay with me or else i cant sleep man

Yr experience with KKH seem terrible hor. But now with TMC will be ok.

ya lor, if stay in 1-bedded hor, so scary... furthermore, hospital is the most scary place, even if I'm going to stay in 4-bedded I'll be still scared...hahaha....

wah.. so much on the ward thingy ah... me too.. still undecided on how many bedder.. initially wanted 1-bed.. den afraid spend too much... so now considering 1 or 4 bedded lor.. NUH very lousy dun hav 2 bedded... else i sure take 2 bedded... same as jackie n Vanessa, i can't sleep alone one.. too imaginative liao.. heee~ :p tml is hospital tour.. hopefully they will show us the package price too..

i always thought tt it's 2 tiger leh.. coz 1 without eyes n 1 without ear mah.. den hubby told me tt it's 3 tigers.. 1 without eyes n 2 without ear... :p he sang once to bb.. den i told him to stop... aiyo.. no eyes no ears... i hear liao scare scare.. hahahaha.. :p
 
erm..tink i will go for 4 bedded or 2 bedded kua...very scare to be alone in a room. tik hor, if got pple stay wif me, i can c other pple's bb too~

but i am such a light sleeper so i think when the person in the other beds get up to go toilet or when their bbs are pushed in for milk, i will sure get waken up!

hehe me also afraid of dark or alone one leh..yup hotels scarier than hospital leh... even when hubby go oversea last time n i alone..also very afraid...on all the lights then when sleeping time..bring all my soft toys and put on the bed with you..then got some noises from neighbours or wat n i start to imagine..:p

what to do? can't jolly well expect to room in with your boss right? wahaha!

but i think you just get used to it. by the time you reach the room, am so dead beat, turn on the TV for some sounds, take a shower and dive into bed. where got time to think about so much things! besides i say a prayer before falling asleep and so far, so many trips already and nothing extraordinary has happened!

me also travel along on biz trips leh... actually i quite enjoy lah... quite relaxing to be alone sometimes... xcept my co very cheapskate... always book those budget hotels... very disgusting...

sometimes i will upgrade on my own to better hotels and pay the diff lor...

Btw, for hotels.. Do this procedure also can..

Before u unlock and go into the room:

Knock knock on the door...
Say something like "Pls let me stay in for the night.." (or something similar..)
Then open door.. and stand to one side of the door for a while..
Then when u go into the room, tap tap on the bed and say again "Let me stay in for the nite" (or something similar..)
Then, before u sleep, put your shoes in opposite directions.. (whether 1 face front 1 face back or 1 face down and 1 face up also can...)
Me kaisu.. put 1 face up towards front and the other face back and also towards the floor..

Oh ya, and ALWAYS on the toilet light..
Me kaisu also on toilet, on pantry, on small bed light.. ;p

This is taught by tour guide..

ya...i tink hosp is the scariest place..so i rather the ward noisy then to b quiet..i dun need privacy lah..hahaha..onli 2-3days thgy..and i dun expect my hb to sleep thr..let him go hm rest better..coz his nitemare will begin then aso..hahaha..me confinement..can rest as much as i wan..heehee
tat time went bkk for biz trip..my 1st biz trip..on the light the whole nite..hahaha..smemre the hotel is the one i always stay for holiday..if nt tink i no need to sleep liao..my jap boss jokingly ask me wanna share room wif him or not since i scared..haha..siao..i mre scare of him..

why nurse sooooo bad. No wonder always hear bad comments on KKH nurses.. I think dun even have strenght to scold them also ar. Huh I will be like u never attend BF class nor antenal class leh. So if nurse going to scold me i oni can remember her name &amp; lodge complaint on her.

ohh...really..actually dr adrian really abit bochap lah..initially im nt used to it..coz he doesnt tok much mah..but now used to it liao..smetimes i c other mtb gyanes like comment alot of thgs...dr adrian like nvr..so i take it as im perfectly fine lor..if anythg wrong wif me or baby..tink he will highlight..if nvr, means fine ba...wat abt the mc?hard to get ah??

but his botak head is v. shiny. haha. i waited 20 min for my food. the clementi outlet din hv enough seats, so a lot of pple standing around to wait for seats. the other stores din hv much business also.

i'm taking 1 bedder too. intend to let bb room in with us, even during hospital stay, instead of staying in the nursery.

I also stayed in TMC be4 cos i went to do my lap op there with my pvt gynae mah.. the nurse realli very very friendly leh. they dun feel troubled to keep asking are we ok or dun mind bringing us to toilet again &amp; again leh. How come also nurse why KKH so rude one ar? Then when be4 leave ensure &amp; ensure that patient is alrite be4 let me go home lor.

do facial stuffs in hotel at nite, later won't frightened ownself ah? :p i'm ok sleeping alone in the ward but never tried alone in the hotel room.

once stayed in the hospital ward, the TV meant for my neighbour on by itself while I was watching TV. i called the nurse &amp; she told me oh sometimes I on my TV, the other TV censor a bit 'sort sort' &amp; on by itself too...i nvr asked further lor...

maybe KKH nurse under paid =P pte hospital also hv some 'black sheep' nurse... when i gave birth in GlenE last time, there was 1 old nurse very fierce. 1 morning when i was still having my breakfast, she brought my medicine to me &amp; scolded why I ate so slow. said I'm now a mother, must eat quickly blah blah...

I kept quiet but very pissed off with her. I'm not in the army or jail...why must eat so fast right? Then discharged, we took the feedback form, intend 2 write 2 complain. But later busy with the newborn, so didn't bother liao. I think those kind of pple sure will kana complain by others 1.

Sorry make u so scared. I couldn't remember if I pressed ON &amp; 2 TV sets on the same time or 1 after the other. I juz remembered the other TV juz ON lor... Errr...during that time hor...I also didn't want to ask the nurse further mah...hee hee...I also not brave type. :p

tink we shd be fine during hospital stay bah..cos we TBF..plus energy strained..so once closed eyes shd 'knock out' quite fast bah! :p lucily our dec mth not lunar july so not so frightening ah!

heard of one case abt kkh nurse lor..(heard from my fd's fd) she stayed at kkh after delivery..ask for milo for so long never come..then finally the nurse brought the milo here then scold the mummy'can you ask your hubby bring the instant milo here tomorrow?!!'

not sure how true it is ...

in TMC, when nurse pushes bb to u to BF, did u get up, go toilet 2 clean the nipple 1st then BF ur bb? did the nurse wait for u then pass u the bb?

my collick who gave birth in NUH June this year, told me - NUH nurse juz push bb to her &amp; walk away. she wanted 2 go toilet clean the nipple 1st b4 BF but she scared later leave the bb beside her bed, bb stolen by others. so she didn't go toilet.

can we push the bb 2 the toilet together? :p

i hv a stupid question to ask, how to clean har? r wet tissue hygienic, cos they still hv some soapy stuff on the tissue right? safe for bb to ingest or not? aiyo, so much more to learn.

oso prefer my own room in hotel on biz trips! One time i share room with a colleague, wah, she snore i cannot sleep! So, I rather hv my own big room n big bed, and if hv bathtub, wah, I sure take a long bath one! Oso do facial like Calynn, then no hb to nag say face so much cream. Hahaha!

the nurse bring me the cotton to clean my nipple.
but ladies, according to Mrs Doris Fok, 1st certified LC in Singapore, we actually don't need to clean our nipple b4 latching, our nipple will "self-clean" so no worry, in fact, up till now I also nvr clean my nipple when bf, I just latched on, even after a whole day, I'll just latched on when she needs...hahaha...

At airport now.. Also dunno go there got wat shopping lah.. but since company pay for the lodging and airfare (budget air asia) I just go lor.. been on BKK only once.. dunno how to walk around there also lah...
