i think avoid squatting as much as possible, even beyond 40 days. coz we juz delivered, uterus still weak, haven gone back to original position or sthg like tt. if we squat, it will cause uterus to sag and protrude out when we r old. u wun noe the difference now, but when u r old, u will noe it. dun mean to scare u but my mum & CL all said the same thing. if u need to bath bb, sit on a stool. dun squat or carry heavy things now.
