Dun worry too much hor, see how it goes, but if really too big see if can induce earlier by natural delivery if u dun wan c section.

I heard some mummies who wants to go thru normal delivery, went to hospital got charged for natural delivery, but at last went for c section, so also charged for c section, double cost...perhaps have to discuss with ur gynae.
BTW cannot drink milo even kosong cos milo itself is sweet, it contains mostly "mai ya tang" thus i reduce/stop intake liao

tks. i really cannot cut my food intake anymore cos if i do i think i might as well not eat better...

anyway, will take things as they come now. guess there's really nothing much i can do now. like babygrace says, at least i know he will be of a gd size at birth.

if my pelvic is too small for my boy, the even induce cant help too. there's just no way he can come out naturally. as for milo, i only drink like 1 cup a wk. so dun think it is too much ba... anyway will see how things goes. if really have to c-section also no choice lor...

Talk to Caleb, tell him and explain to him that u hope he can come out naturally..then u both work together..its nice to hear that hes growing very well leh..i think gynae just want to prepare ur heart on the c-sect portion coz now Caleb reached 3.2kg..i have heard cases of small built ladies that gave birth naturally as well even to a 3.7kg baby..coz I tink sometimes its the bones weight & not so much of the size..dun worry that much..try to walk ard or do squatting to relax & hope he engaged soon..monitor & see how it goes this sat..do update us again ahh..cheers~

guess that's one of the few things i can do now

i did my CTG yesterday too. strap to the machine. has to lie there for 30mins... quite painful for the back cos need to lie flat though nurse allowed me to turn slightly to my side. had to press a button every time bb moves so cannot nap... me still no signs of contractions yet.

oic..okok..i forgot that u also went to the CTG..was thinking of asking u not to think so much abt the weight only..talk to Caleb, let him knoe ur concern..i m sure u both can work things out together..it's painful bcoz u got to lie flat?can hubby be with u at this CTG?u got tell gynae that u often felt cramps?actually my gynae was telling me that not all babies will engaged..so i guess u dun have to think so much on the engagement part..coz some babies will only engaged at the point of labour..

Been very tired and sianz... have been glancing thr the post but dunno what to post... Anyway, yesterday night went to catch the show "The Host", just in case pop le, no time to watch. Nice show.
Encountered something which I never experienced b4 and I got a fright myself... Just before entering the cinema, I felt myself wet... something like having menses that kind of wet. And some more my legs and back were so "suan", is the pre-menses symptoms which I used to have before preggie. Wah liew, scare myself, I tot "not so suay bah, I wanna catch movies leh... dun tell me I bleeding or wat... I dun have pad with me wor..." Went toilet to check, heng ah, nothing hahaha... But hor, this morning, I have this "suan" feeling back again. Hope is not a sign of early labour. Me not yet 36 weeks leh!

If your gyane confirms your pelvic is small, then better opt for c-section. A friend of mine, her pelvic is small and she tried for natural birth. She got very bad experience and tear. Ended affected her bladder and her urine got blood stain for almost 1 week plus. Worse than c-section.

By the way, regarding bb birth weight, my gyane once told me, bb birth weight is usually more or less our weight at birth.

That was one of my worries too. baby too big.

seems like urs, me & vivian's babies really can absorb nutrients well. but on the other side, lets all stay +ve and glad tt our babies r of gd birth weight and they will b healthy.

i noe its v worrying, trust me. i really do. had been worrying abt it since my check up at 31 wks, and every visit i am prepared for bombshell info. which explains why i say i will deliver in sept, since gynae say i wun last till full term for sure.

wif regards to engagement, u shldnt worry abt it too much though ur gynae mentioned might b hard 4 baby to do so. coz many mummies wun engage till late stage. i am 37 wks liao, but bb still not engaged yet. i feel u shldnt worry on this part. cheer up.

like wat some ladies say, at least u r being informed earlier. not only during labour, then u r told. juz keep a +ve mind and be prepared 4 the least expected scenerio. thats what i am doing. really no choice. i tell myself most impt is tt baby muz b healthy at birth. other issues r secondary.

BH is juz tensing of a part of ur tummy, which is usually painless. but recently, mine starting to hv a bit of feeling, while Jenny said hers is painful. so different pple different rxn.

My 1st one popped w/o any sign wor. So I'm actually getting scared over "my symptons" now.
Tonight, I better go stock up my No.1's milk powder, diapers etc... if not confinement time, hb will die from doing marketing.

i am oso "guo lai ren" can fully understd how u feel. i feel no pt cutting down on fd coz i dun really gorge and eat alot. everything as per normal. so how to cut somemore. i juz avoid durians & mooncakes. so far the growth spurts r over. gynae say baby will still grow but much slower rate liao. at birth, my baby is estimated to b 3.6kg. but i wun last till full term so hope baby can b lighter.

other than tt, i talked to my baby lor. asked him to stop gaining so much at 1 go. he might not understd but i feel better aft talkg to him.

its the last lap of pregnancy alrdy, so lets try not to let unpredicted things affect us.

i always tell myself when things happen, they always do for a reason. it might not b a bad thing afterall.

ur gal really cute! even my hb also said so. and she got big eyes. like what the rest said, she doesnt look like a 2kg bb. just curious, what was her est weight b4 delivery?

my fren also went for induction at 37 week for the same reason but ended up c-section as her cervix failed to dilate. did ur CTG result show any contraction? guess if u really want to try natural birth, u might want to check with doc whehter it is better to do it next week since by then already full term. u may also ask him whether ur cervix already soften or signs that show u'll dilate soon?? but of course the most impt thing is whether ur cervix is big enough lor. if he say high chance of c-section then might as well u wait. my gynae told me recently she has a case of bb delivered at 3.6 kg thru natural birth but with assistance lor. dont worry too much, just be mentally prepared lor. think of the positive part, big bb is easy to take care.

just find it funny, some of us here are trying to boost up our bb's weight while some trying so hard to slow it down. at the end of the day i think is genetic lor. my mum said i was only 1.5kg when i was borned, but she cant rem whether i was pre-mature! so i'm glad that my bb is already 1.9kg at 33 week, even thou still on the small size.

I am 1.58cm @ 41kg before preggy. I have increase 13kg liao, now 54kg
If baby is more than 3kg, also very diff to have natural birth.
Now baby weight is 2.5kg at almost 36weeks

I have been following the posting since Feb, my EDD is on 13th Oct. My baby boy weight at last scan is 1.6kg at 33weeks. My gynea commented that the baby is slightly below average weight and he is not too worry. I am petite at 1.48m.

my gynae says depends. for some pple, when water bag breaks, water will gush out uncontrollable. while for others will leak type only so depends on your bb's position etc.
