crystallized, babygrace,
Surprising, the loop pads can stay in place and works much better than adhesive. My mum and aunts used that last time. I used that once when my menses came for the 1st time.
crystallized,

Wendy,
There isn't any way I know that can prevent water retention. Just try to avoid taking food that are too salty.
Too late le, I'm down with flu and sore throat. Losing my voice soon...
Take more apples, help you to poo easier.
iovemybabyg,
The cramp you mentioned is q normal in pregnancy. Dun worry.
I agreeded with wat the salesgal said. Even those carseat stated from newborn onwards are not really ready for newborns to use. The one I have, is from newborn to 8 years old. I feel that my gal gets more comfortable to it after 6 mths old. So, for No.2, I will be getting an infant carseat instead, and upgrade later stage.
mmummyjoy,
No, Ameda Pump can be used with battery or adaptor only.
Selina,
Try to drink at least 8 glasses of water. It helps to flush out tonix.
