Reason their existing class had increase to 6 so can only accomdate 6 babies to add for trial. so i request for a private class.

brambles.. hehe.. only bought last tuesday only leh.. so my girl only use it for a few days. i think.. it's OK la.. it provides another solution for my maid when she needs to run off to the toilet n can't put my girl in the exersaucer all the time.. or leave her in the playpen (which is really too tiny also..

i bought 4 panels from cheong choon ($110) and 2 panels from a mummy in the WTS thread ($40).. so altogether is .. $150. hopefully when she grows bigger she doesn't see it as a trap but more like a space specially for her. she's OK so far cos in the evenings i'd play with her.. n lure her to the inner side with toys n call her from inside. so instead of me forcing her in, it's her choosing to crawl towards the inner side of the playyard. hopefully d maid also reinforces that mindset that it's fun to be inside there so she wun hate it.

if dunno how to use.. just google tutorials for the respective program. there's TONS.. it's very fun when have the time to mess around with the program. hehee.
 
Hong, Kin, JP and all mummies thks for the all the help n concern. Haiz.. fever finally subsided, but guess what, rashes started surfacing on first his face then to his whole body. damn stressed! went to see Dr Sim, and he said that my bb is having Rosy measles, the so call fake measles... he lost weight, and i also lost weight, have been up monitoring his fever, and he keeps whining.. poor thing... I have finally tasted the bitter side of motherhood

Kin, I stocked up on the cooling pad and ship to US liao. very kaisu :p but cooling pillow no leh. wat is that, i didn;t knoe got such things

MtDt, sorry can;t attend the gathering. U mummies seem to have so much fun. Always missed out on all the fun stuffs that u mummies organise.

so sian. but bo pian, bb sick n i have to handle the packing n the sick bb, plus cos I;m stuck at home, friends keep comign up to visit us before we leave for US. THought i can see u all before I leave... looks like must wait till 2yrs later liao.
 
misaryeo - oh, good to hear that his fever subsided.

Cooling pillow/pad - heard good comments abt them. can fill with water n let bb sleep on it to keep his body cool. heard tat KKH A&E also use this for babies with fever. can be bought at pharmacy.

Gathering - no problem... we can always keep in touch on this forum!

Peach ok. Its not as expensive as I thought and the bumper playmate can fit in nicely, right? Hehe will go discuss with my hubby and see how.

BTW where else to download scrapbook stuff other than Shabby Princess? The papers, embellishments, ribbons, alphabets etc?

brambles.. doesn't fit the playmat exactly. the playmat (world map version) is slightly too small. maybe like one a-4 size paper n put there. i think. can't picture it exactly in my head now.

Yes, babies tend to learn from each other...my Kaylyn also learns to crawl & sit after mingle wif the other bbs...AMAZING...

R u intending to have a maid take care of ur kids alone? I'm a bit skeptical lor, cos dunno wat the maid will done wif no one around...It'll b better if the child can speak around, so u'll know wat's happening. Or u may consider installing video cam?

Kaylyn also got diff falling asleep last nite...keep crying & crying when we left her alone to sleep..then when we carry her out, she wanted to play!! Sigh, in the end, she only slept at 11.30pm.

Just read your blog; ya, the part when the two little girls were "fighting" for that teether was hilarious and Kristen was fast! She is one happy and active baby. I think my ger is so laid-back...Yawn!

If u getting ur own flat then need a maid to help out lor...u got 3 ley ! No joke lor....I personally tink that choosing a maid is heng suay 1 lor...from biodata n pic cant tell much abt the person, so just close both eyes minimaniminimo n pick 1 lar....

I tink its still safer to have some family member to jaga the maid....see whether the maid got bully the small 1 anot.....also worried that the maid cannot handle emergency situations.

Looking at ur babies, i think my bb really very nua... sit can;t sit unsupported although seems to be getting better each day.. and most of ur babies seems to be crawling already..

brambles, mine will late too. however only had 2 menses after stopping to BF. i waited abt 2to 3weeks before the 2nd one finally came. Mummies here was making fun of me lor, say 2nd bb coming..hahaaa

Sorry mummies cant join the gathering. I see the Joykel brot her boy. I think Janelle will love to play w the kor kor.

I wanted to go so much but hubby said we cant be so selfish to bring a sick child there and infest the rest of the kids.

Jan is also down with fever and cough. So cham.. i was on child MC to look after Jan.

Z-lia, My ger got similar case before. She complained tummyache n a bit of liao sai. We couldnt find the cause. My PD suggested us to stop cow milk to a period of time. Since she hates soya milk so PD suggested Pedisure for a week or so. If she stop diarrehea and tummyache then most likely that her body cant take cow milk.

We did stop for a week, after that we resume.

Did the doc give this sachets to stop diarrehea?

If u dun feel gd abt Kai then shld bring him back to see doctor.

There is a few gd childcare center in Bukit merah which u can consider. I heard the one in the SAFRA is gd.

u mention u ger going to Pri 1 next yr. Have u enrol her in Pri school? Which school do u instead to send her to?
 
YB, ya. cos i was niam'ing my hubby for playing games n watching his soccer.. told him if can go n do all that, surely can accompany me for gathering even tho if he has exam.. anyway, need someone to fetch me to n fro also. haha.

not IT pro la.. last time when studyin i play with the program alot more.. now not much time already. haha. wish i could spend the whole day playing with the program..


may, wahaha.. yah. my girl the bully. i think she snatched another boyboy's plastic spoon that he was holding. she just reached out n took it from his hands. sigh. paiseh, i forgot who, so many faces i very blur at remembering who is who.. hehe.


misa, my girl doesn't sit down as well. dunno if it's because she doesn't want to or can't. we tried to let her sit down by herself, but after a short while she's slouching to one side n topples over.

really ah.. yes that is my intention when i getting my flat here.

However, i dun think Jan will be able to get in so easily. I can send her to my old pri school but it is pretty far away.

My hubby will be joining the clan next yr. I told him i dun want the hassle to wait for later phase and if cant get it then we have to search for another school.

Initially my MIL dun agree on such arrangement, she felt that if the kids can study no matter where they will. I bet a different, i told her if Jan can get it, Julian will be able too and i want them to go to a gd school, it wil be better if the school have chinese background to build up gd foundation. I am not asking for Raffle or Nan Yang. Just a gd neighbouring school.

But I can understand the fatigue that you went thru. Is ok....going to be over very soon. Give him lots of water or barley water to drink.

My boy also the same. Can really sit unsupported....think lazy. He can creep on his tummy and crawl backwards...so he gets frustrated when he is unable to get his things infront of him. hahahaha

my menses used to be late before expecting, now even later after stop BF. sometimes so difficult to gauge when it will "arrives".

The LRT_MRT ride was so smooth and enjoyable. And I reached kovan MRT so FAST!!!! MTDT, you must say your house outside got LRT, then next time i can take. I quite sua koo sometimes. But hor, my big girl fell asleep and was slumping on the floor most of the time. She is too big to be carried. So jia lat.
The song is so cute.I downloaded it. Only 1min. Clara insist i put in my HP too.....Mine old version, not 3G hp....

Clara got the gastric flu too and it is contagious thru air (cough and sneeze) and saliva. So really should separate their eating utensils too. My girl had stomach cramps. PD gave laetol sachets, debridat(to ease tummy pain/cramps), and something to get rid of wind in the tummy. Also I put my girl, like Hong said onto Pediasure for one wk. Even so, when i resume her normal milk, immediately she complain of pain in the tummy after drinking it. Now already more than 3 wks after recovering , still on pediasure coz lost a lot of weight

just v strange cuz menses was at most late for a few days for the past few months. this month... late one wk nia, so i'm still waiting for it to report. just that it's a bit frustrating to wait and wait and wait. hahaha

yah lah...Arin so cranky, also donno what to do, except to carry her standing up...very cham one, u know, when she's like that, can only carry her standing up, cannot sit down for rest and support either..sigh...must really bring her out for more gatherings, else she become social recluse..ha ha.
 
Talking about hitting Jackpot. Yesterday, I went arcade with my HB to play dream catcher just for the fun of it. I saw many ppl change alot of $1 coin sit infront of a machine which require u to pick sweets up and wait for the sweets to fall and must hit "checker" then the rotary will spin. IF it stop at JP (jackpot), u will get a big soft toy...

I rather go Genting play real Jack Pot.
