its ok. I used to it already. OF course he didn't know, wont blame him. outside door never put the sign - Beware, breatfeeding mother inside,..ha ha.. I not so pai seh now, only my husband and the one who barge in always more pai seh.... I think your husband like model husband. dun mind us "auntie-chatting" and joining in and don't feel pai seh abt being odd one out joining mummies. My hubby will feel so pai seh....

Aiya he always brag that he can do almost everything when it comes to taking care of bb except BF. And he ever tried sticking a pacifier on his nipple to let Gillian suck to sleep!!

last time, i mention already, he feel pai seh that his wife is breast feeding and he dosen't like me to breast feed in the presence of anyone. long story, like no face like that....

i think this maid will stay.. she quite responsible one.... the carrier is not hot.nope. but to some extent, carry long, sure will be a little but becoz not so covered up, its even cooler. I like it that the bb is in a sit down position. But ian ok? Ian must be on you with the legs wide open when you use the ergo. For my small one, i find that it is not very good becoz its like doing a split. leg open wide wide... but for all baby carriers are like that, so i tend to swop with the sling. some silly auntie scold me before.say,, little girl cannot sit with leg open so wide, next time walk like duck no body want to marry her.!!!!!

how old is your maid? My friend SIL look for maid that is younger than her so that the maid will not climb onto her head. Is that true ?
 
Hi Sandy,
Getting a gd maid is not easy. There are so many factors to consider. Not just age. It is like trying to fit 2 jigsaw puzzle pieces together. What we want and what the maid can offer and willing to take.. I'm still learning. My maid is 25yrs.

Today can't make it cus celebrating hb bday... lunch with parents then dinner.. spring a surprise for him! didnt tell him where i m gonna bring him for dinner.. only last min then tell him haha... went Morton's steakhse... fabulous steak but pretty pricey. he was surprised too. he said that was the best dinner ever... besides our wedding dinner hahaha well at least something paid off n he enjoyed his dinner

bb carriers,
my mum also said the same thing abt the bb carriers tend to split the bb's leg wide wide then next time she will walk like a duck... however i tend not to listen cus it dun make sense. how would she walk like a duck? she probably dun even remember it haha. if no scientific prove, i will still continue using the carrier... hehe my mum always shake head n say i rebellious gal... nvr listen. haha wonder if Cait will be like that next time?? Dun listen to wat i suggest n do thgs her way just like me??? thats pretty funny

Thanks for hosting us. Your house really very nice (and I must say very tidy, considering that there's a baby around...my own place is like a war zone with Arin's things everywhere!)

So glad to meet everyone, even though Arin was a bit overwhelmed and was cranky. Need to bring her out to social gatherings more often to let her get used to it. Btw, she was very "motivated" after seeing all the other babies crawling around and started practising when we went back. Ha ha.

Benjgy can crawl le after I insist no more walker and ask my HB to help teach him to crawl.

hello mummies..am on urgent leave today. Kai is better now.. at least he can stand up and walk. he's still lao sai ing though... but not vomitting anymore. he's hitting the cupboard now..it's a good sign..shows that he's regaining his strength. but can see that he's thinner now. he took a few bites of bread about 15 min ago..so far still ok.. hope he'll be fine soon.

think u all had lots of fun at the outing..envy sia.. anyway, i think the sticking the pacifier part and shld try sticking milk bottle on nipple part quite funny. hahah.

maid: if i manage to get the flat that im balloting for in bukit merah, we'll prob have to hire a maid. and im quite scared..cos like what kin says, think hiring a good maid is not easy. then my hb was saying should let my mummy train the maid..cos my mum is super strict and a hygiene freak. but im afraid she'll make the maid angry and duno what the maid will do to germayn when my mum is not ard.

Think u guys have fun at MTDT house. Too bad I cant joined. Im very tired...so is Emerson. For the past few days, Emerson been sleeping late like 1am coz my MIL dunno how to lull him to bed and awake at 8am+ coz we were getting ready to go to the wake and I think we woke him up. So.. he's like having minimal sleep, even for naps, my MIL told me he only nap max 15mins at her place. Really BIG SIGH. but I do need her at this pt in time no matter how incapable or uncooperative she is.
