for the GUG, is there a tue or thu class? I have to take leave next tue (whole day) and thu (aftrenoon) to look after Arin cos my mom not free so I may as well as bring her to a trial if it is available,

i dunno leh... they only tell me Mon, Wed & Fri didnt tell me tue & Thurs... Maybe that two days dun have class for our bbs age grp... maybe u like to call and ask??

if SG have 18 month parental leave ah. think all married ppl all out of job already.

if i'm not wrong education over there is free as well. i remembered when i was in denmark, university there is free, so almost everyone gets a chance to go to university on their own brains n merits.

i'm sure the tax is killer la.. give n take i guess.

Yah lor..somemore the co tat I went for interview is an educational institute in sg. Their 'customers' are students leh..if no babies, then no students, then no customers to them..siao!

I agree. Govt talk so much and rave about how much they're doing/giving but in reality so kiam. Buay pai seh one. 'Benefits'? Have parents actually benefitted from having kids in Spore? It is our children who will be supporting the economy the childless people will need to depend on when they're old.

wow...i juz went for a nap...run so fast n fierce liao! Not all company are like that lah, at least so far those that i work wif are not, my hubby boss when 6pm will rush all to go home to accompany family leh..then he cover outstanding task..! My company give family care leave, preggie benefit & organise activity to create bonding..., most of dept could go home on time except my dept (so u will see all level dark dark except our office)..hahaha

Ylc..yr go ahead wif the trial, i had been MC for 2 weeks liao, if next week take leave, boss will kill me! will go for trial myself during July when i PTT..hahaha, anyway..i only signing her up @18mth!

GUG trial:
I went down personally to chk. they can accommodate 5 bbs but on weekday only (tue/thurs)Timing i think its 4-5.30pm. If interested pls confirm k. Thks. if possible then i book either next week or week after, let me know ur preference.

Been busy these days... got 2 job offers, been negotiating the pay. always kanna scolded by hb. he keeps feeling i havent stretched them enough, but seriously, im quite paiseh liao. then every time after talking to the agency i'll tell him, and he'll scold me, but i still tell him the next time. so dumb. haha.

anyway, Germayn can walk! about 2 metres unaided la. haha. and she can say 'byebye', but she says it as 'ayay'. getting exciting!

my good friend just gave birth on Wed night, admitted to hospital cos waterbag broke on wed morning, but cervix still only dilate 2cm at night, then in the end c-sec. then when i visited her in hospital, it really reminded me of the time when i just gave birth. her mum and MIL kept forcing her to drink water, then kept saying baby is still hungry after bfg, ask her dont be so chek ark dun let baby drink fm. so mean!! i wanted to slap them when i heard this. smmore she didnt tell me this, they said this to her when my friends and i were there! horrible!

...think of V new born n nagging mil i also headache...hahaha

About the bb biscuit, my hb is the one choosing them. He is more kiasu than any of us here. He chooses only "very very" low sugar...including cereals. But of course I've been trying to control her cookies intake as everything also have to take in moderation.

1)What do you think about confinement lady?
2)Are they doing good during confinement other than washing and cooking?
I didn't employ any confinement lady when I gave birth but now am thinking should I be getting one when I have my 2nd one. I got good and bad commends from mothers so am needing more assurance.

i only on leave next tue/thu..but thu got free eye test for arin at thomson at three thirty, may not be able to make it for the 4pm class.

btw, no need to accommodate me if next tue cannot, i don't mind staying home and taking zzz during arin's nap time
