Looks like everyone is busy organising birthday parties for their ds & dd. I haven't even thought about it for my son yet....haha.... most probably just order him a cake and sing him birthday song :p

i love their mutton satay! But too bad, nowadays a lot of youngsters dun take mutton, so we seldom order that for the students. If order, 50 sticks leh.. and i alone cannot finish :p

kk: Generally their food quite nice loh. I ordered chicken satay the other time. Very tempted to order satay & otah but like u say, 50 sticks how to finish by ourselves!!! My fren who helped to collect the food said they allow walk in & buy, no need to pre-order.

mich & mum2be: How does lentils look like?? So far my son has been taking mainly spinach. He still can't digest carrots yet, it will come out in his poo.

Btw, anyone giving brown rice instead of white rice? Is it very coarse? need to take much longer to cook?

u can get lentils from ntuc organic section. The red ones is more nutritious if not wrong than the green ones. For me, hvnt give my ger yet cos not easy to digest.

Once in a while, i wil cook brown rice porridge for my ger. U need to soak the brown rice 1st b4 cooking so that it wil cook faster. It takes longer time to cook. After cooked, i wil use a spoon to mash it.

rodeo - i cook brown and white rice porridge for J, mixed with millet. yet to intro soy lecthin.

Trip was great. He was ok during the flights to & fro as he slept through take-off & landing. Except on the return flight take-off, cried. He was so wide awake on our return trip, refused to sleep till 2am+! Very nice weather, tiring for my hb though as he was the sole driver. We went down south to Dunsborough and Albany. We enjoyed ourselves, X also

toto: do u start cooking the mixed brown rice with white rice at the same time? Will the brown rice will be 'less cooked' compared to white rice since both supposedly cook at different rates. Eer, what is millet??

You went down to isetan pte sales yesterday? I went down in the evening, didn't manage to get the vtech toy i want. Saw a mummy grab it, hoping she let go, but she didn't...so sad! I was surprised that burberry having 30% discount also and was heartache cos last thurs just bought 1 tee w/o discount! Anyway i bought another tee haa.

i have the toy box.. can put quite alot of toys.. My boys like the basketball ring and the ball... daddy is training them every night.. HAHA
