medusa, i come back v early - by 6pm, i would have reached my mother's place. by the time i reach home after dinner at my mother's place, it's around 830... need to bathe, pack my stuff for the next day, BF my girl and watch a bit of tv to relax... time flies so fast. before i know it, it's 11pm!

no lah, not me...i'll be at my work place at that time. But could be my maid waiting at round abt for my hub. so angry with her today... she spilled hot water on my bro's dog! accidentally lah but HOT WATER leh! poor dog

For me, each session 15 cards, so 15 seconds. One of the sessions consist of 30 cards, so 30 seconds

Yes... you are very right... babies outgrow very fast. You know, I bought one that looked big. Now, it's just nice already... Think I gotta go down to get another swimwear soon. Ocean paradise also has thermal suit. I went to Suntec, forgot the shop name, but mostly for gals and quality not as good...
At the shop in Paragon, also has thermal suit at 50% off...
Maybe you can go there and see... but I think dun have infant size.. might suit your elder son.
Better not go to heated pool, plus it's indoor.. it's worse..

your daily routine similar to mine...I woke up at 5am to feed baby coz he slept thru the night without waking up for milk..then express milk, steriliser my pump to bring to work...by 7am, I got to rush out to bring my baby to my mum's place....
feed my baby last feed at 11pm..thanks god he slept thru the night, so can have quality sleep..but I can only hit the bed after 1am coz got to express milk, sterilise and sometimes, finish off some housechores...

lyn, dun think i will introduce jake to cereals or other solids yet. will wait and see. maybe after 6 months? my maid can read and write, and she always read newspaper and sometimes will update me on what's happening, cos I dun have the time to catch up on the news.
my maid taught her son A-Z by 1 year old. Quite capable hor?
I managed to get the 1000 pc flash cards for jake. was so happy - told my mum just now. mum got more work to do lo.
camera: i just bought the sony T10 in white. seemed quite cool... now can take more pics of bb jake.

Amy, i've bought the same camera as you, Sony T10. I saw it since 2 wks ago but didn't buy it during the COMEX show cos i haven't got a buyer for my old camera. My old one was Sony P10, sold it to my colleague for $200, i lost quite alot, bought for $799 2 1/2 yrs ago. How much did you pay for the camera? I paid $530 with 512MB memory stick.
lyn, I think both sony and canon is good brand for a digital camera. But i must say that sony has more designs to select whereas canon's designs all almost the same... Besides the technology, i go for the cosmetic look as well. Moreover, my old camera was sony, so really used to the function. If asked my opinion, SONY is my choice. I went down an authorised dealer today to get the pink colour. Many of the dealers had no stock of pink colour in singapore so i was lucky to get it. Oh yes, lyn, this camera is real cool, it has the anti blur technology, which means it can take moving object at still image, the photo will not be blur. For eg., when we take pics of our babies, their hands and legs usually are moving, thus our pics turn out blur but this camera can make miracles, really great! Also, my old camera's speed is slow, whenever i had taken 1 pic, i had to wait a real while to take the next pic and also the capture shuttle is slow, when my boy smile, i snap but the camera will capture a few secs late thus, the picture turn out with no smile! But this camera is fast! How fast? I did not compare with other brands so not sure. But definitely faster than my old camera 5 megapixels. Now this new T10 is 7.2 megapixels, very sharp and clear!

During my ML, she will walk over to our house to cook lunch for us... hee hee... i think it's the food that makes us fat! now, i'm thinking of switching to eating brown rice and wholemeal bread. It's less fattening.

I usually get my morning call at 5am, BF her..cant sleep after that... then after that around 6am, i will express, prepare the milk and put it in the fridge, wash up the pumps..by 640 i gotta leave home.

U think my milk is ok? but i cant help feeling suspicious that it is bad leh...it's the first time i see the milk coagulate like that... even when i swirl it, it doesnt dissolve... it looks as if it has turned bad. anyway, i threw the whole bottle away liao
Just sent my girl for her 6-in-1 last nite... good girl...didnt cry. She weighed 7.6kg at 3 mths, measured 60cm...my hub says big wor since >97th percentile... scared she will be overwt next time

Then by 7am we leave the hse to leave my bb with the babysitter and its off to work. Haha. Then knock off at 5.30pm, i quickly rush home to fetch my ger from babysitter then feed her when i reach home and then must "wipe" her then have to settle myself, dinner, bathe and then sterilize the stuffs....aiyo...after finishing everything at least 8.30pm liowz

yah lor, it's wartime every morning and evening.Though i knock off at 5.30pm, got to wait for my 'driver' to fetch me (cos pumping barang too bulky)..smetimes he has to work OT, so will fetch me only around 7 plus. Then got to rush to nanny's place.
My gal's feeding times are not constant, smetimes 7pm, smetimes 7.30pm. If its 7.30pm, i will either have to rush her back in time to feed her or face a crying gal in the car........Then after that, it will be putting her to eat, cook dinner, before i can have my dinner at around 8.30pm to 9pm......

If i were in your situation, must likely i have to go home, put down all my barangs, opening the windows and prepare baby's stuff before gg out again to fetch her....dun tink i can tahan with her weight and all the things..nowadays, when i carry her without barang, also sweat like mad...she is getting a bit heavy for me

lyn, she is still on TBM. But she doesnt drink much during the day. she will wait for me to come home and prefers to suck fr me instead.

You can go to any sony gallery or authorised dealer of sony to test/try on the camera but if you are buying, don't buy from the sony gallery as it's more expensive, they don't give discount.

Your baby's weight looks very healthy. I think she's heavier than my son too.

I also wish i can go back first settle myself before fetching her. But if i were to settle myself first, then it will be like 7.30pm before i go n fetch her. Dont tink my nanny will be too glad with it cos the hrs that i leave my bb with her oledi quite long. From 7am - 7pm

swimming is a gd exercise for asthmatics. H/e, can "cause" asthma if bb/ tod catches a bad chill which accelerates into bronchitis etc. Cos serious infections weakens the respiratory system, more likely LEAD to asthma/ other problems.
So I'm usually very careful abt my kids catching chills. Another thing is, genes lah. If parents asthmatic, kids likely too. HB & I had asthma, that's partly why we insist on keeping our dog ard- supposedly kids exposed to dog dander from birth (or even at foetal stage in womb) are less likely to develop asthma. Although, kids who already develop asthma will have their existing asthmatic condition aggravated by animal dander.

serene, hee hee... i think u must have seen my maid and my bb. they wait for my hub at the pick up area every morning while he goes to pick the car up fr the car park.

Tinklebell...what a chubby baby you have...my gal is considered skinny lor...she is not 'michelin' baby type..face is chubby but body skinny...she weighs merely 4.2kg at 2 mths...now dun know her weight cos her next jab is 4th mths, which is 2 weeks later...

My family genes got asthma, though I dun have... So quite scared that my boy will get asthma... That's why bring him swimming after doing some reading up. When in the water, can expand the lungs (something like that) and their lungs will be more developed through swimming... My brother is asthmatic, and his doc asked him to swim more.

Maybe you can try to let your gal sit up inside the stroller? My boy likes to sit up now and he will guai guai sit inside and observe the surroundings...

What about putting all your barang inside the pram? That's what I do usually when my boy refuse to sit inside.. I just dump my bag and the groceries inside and push.. kekeke... sometimes my stroller looks like a grocery trolley...
