- have experience in cooking, household chores, etc
- must be pleasant looking

garfield, i'm feeding him Heinz First Foods Rice Cereal. this is suitable for babies 4 mths and above. i intend to start him on Nestle's brown rice cereals when he's 6 mths old as stated on the can. his schedule is as follow (+/- 1 hr)
4.00am - Latch (timing not fixed)
9.00am - EBM 150ml
12.00pm - Cereals 3 scoops + EBM 150ml
4.00pm - EBM 150ml
7.00pm - Cereals 3 scoops + EBM 150ml
10.00pm - FM 150ml (sometimes this process skipped)
usually, the cereals will be combined with EBM cos i need it to mix with cereals. there's no fixed ratio for cereals against milk. i just pour the milk and stir until pasty. if mixed with EBM, it will become watery as you feed. so nowadays, my initial mixture is quite dry. i started cereals when Samuel's exactly 4 mths old. started with 2 scoops, once a day and then increase to 3 scoops once a day then now 3 scoops twice a day...can increase every 4 - 5 days until you reach a maximum of 2 metalspoons full.
Carole and YK witnessed how much Samuel was enjoying his cereals last evening. he would open his mouth while waiting for the spoon to reach his mouth...so cute...this applies to drinking milk, either fm direct latching or bottle...he started holding his own bottle too...
