what is the diff between gentic scan n oscar test?

hello all mummies, this is my 4th pregnancy. had a mc on my 3rd pregnancy. have already go for scan at 4week plus saw tiny sac. am gg to see gynae weekly and have the porg jab due to previous mc. hope this time went smoothly. so many worries.

I do feel something swimming in my tummy too.. but when i place my hand on my tummy not sure whether is the baby movement. hehe.

Can I ask those mummy usually we can feel baby movement at which week? they say 1st time will feel it quite late. I'm getting so impatient leh. Hehe

all mummys dont get too emo try to watch more comedy laugh as u can. hehe.(i'm trying too) when your baby come out they will become very cheerful and laugh easily. like one of my gf baby. so easy to laugh! so cute lo. so jia you all mummyS! =)

Hi all MTB Hope everyone result turn out to be good! =) Just had my blood test today. Gynae say no call mean good news! *pray pray* And found out my gender le. hehe. gynae say can see xiao xiang jiao! haha. he say 90%. So mean more or less is a baby boy? Now i'm in my 16 weeks le.

i think mine is the DHA pill. cos the nurse mention to me is for baby brain. Later i gg to call and check whether i can go for the OSCAR and NT scan ma. since like all of u all is doing it so early. cos my gynae din mention to me at all. wonder why

I Not sure mine leh. the gynae give me 3 kind. one is calcium another is folic and one more like soft gel type not sure is what but i know is not fish oil. But onli need to take one tablets every morining.

Thanks Jewel. I think i will ask my gynae when i visit him again. if he say week 17 then i think i ask him to do early. btw blood test we only need to test just one time? twinfish, i have start to eat calcium supplement le for 2weeks then visit gynae again.

Thanks Jewel and Dimple. Isit doc base on the age too? But does normal scan we usually do can detect anything? I think i will check with my gyane next visit. Oh ya Btw NT and OSCAR isit the same?

wow the thread is moving fast i have lost track le. hehe. yesterday went to visit gynae baby is 4.06cm. i'm 11weeks le. when doctor do the scan baby is somersault in my womb. so cute. hand and leg moving. and i gain 1kg in 2weeks. How come so many mummies take blood test and the NT scan...
