Parent & Child Orienteering (Navigation) Session

Orienteering is the adventure sport with a combination of outdoor running and decision making. It is a great sport for elite athletes but also a great way for families to bond and explore the outdoors.
In this Parent & Child workshop, we aim to introduce the basics of orienteering with the following outcomes:
- Learn movement drills across uneven terrain.
- Understand the safety and risks in outdoors
- Learn navigation by familiarizing yourself about the features of a map
- Learn about the navigation concept of “how to set map”
Both Parent and Child must be registered individually for this program.
Minimum 6 years of age for the child.
