SAFRA Diaper Dash: Sign up now for the ultimate Baby Race in Singapore!

Hey mummy, do you want to be part of the cutest baby race in town? If your little one can crawl, toddle, walk, or run, sign up for SAFRA Diaper Dash now, and get ready to cheer your darling on. Held at SAFRA Punggol next to the scenic Punggol Waterway Park, SAFRA Diaper Dash will take place on 16 and 17 September 2023 — plenty of time for you and your baby to practise how to move it, move it.

Furthermore, there are $6,240 worth of prizes to be won and (just like in grown up races) every participant will receive an event tee, a finisher medal, and a goodie bag (worth $50)! In addition, SAFRA members who sign up will receive an additional $10 e-voucher which they can use at participating outlets at SAFRA Punggol. These include:

And wait, that’s not all. Every baby who participates also gets a chance to be a SAFRA Diaper Dash Ambassador! But yes, we’re mothers, and we have questions that we need answers to before we let our little ones go wild, right? So read on for the answers to everything you may want to ask.

What prizes can my baby win?

The top three babies in each category will win a trophy. In addition, there are prizes to be won for the top 10 in each category:

$500 SAFRA Rewards Vouchers

2nd Prize
$300 SAFRA Rewards Vouchers

3rd Prize
$200 SAFRA Rewards Vouchers

4th – 10th Prizes
$80 SAFRA Rewards Vouchers

Each little racer will also receive an event tee, a finisher medal and a goodie bag worth $50.

What are SAFRA Diaper Dash Race Categories?

There are four race categories based on the baby’s age, from six months to 18 months. If your little one’s birthday is between 17 February 2022 and 16 March 2023, he or she can compete!

Families For Life Super Crawlers (6 – 9 months)
Eligible birthdates: 17 Nov 2022 – 16 Mar 2023

Families For Life Super Crawlers (10 – 12 months)
Eligible birthdates: 17 Aug 2022 –16 Nov 2022

Families For Life Freestylers (13 – 15 months)
Eligible birthdates: 17 May 2022 –16 Aug 2022

Families For Life Freestylers (16 – 18 months)
Eligible birthdates: 17 Feb 2022 –16 May 2022

How will SAFRA Diaper Dash take place?

Babies will compete by crawling or dashing down a cushioned race mat. The race is conducted in groups, with 12 babies in each group.

They will have to make their way down their respective race lanes and be the fastest to reach the finishing line.

Mum and/or dad, you can be part of the action too, by being at the finish line to cheer your little racer to victory with their favourite toys and snacks.

Did you say my baby can be a SAFRA Diaper Dash Ambassador?

Yes! Babies who take part in the race have a chance to become one of the SAFRA Diaper Dash Ambassadors.

After signing up for the event, mum and dad can rally family and friends to vote for their baby on the SAFRA Diaper Dash website.

The baby with the highest votes in each race category will be crowned as the SAFRA Diaper Dash Ambassador!
