Hi doveymum, the above will be glass bottle, likewise for the 4fl oz & 8 fl oz.
I've ordered this type of glass bottles for the past few yrs, most of the time - ok, but there's cases whereby the bottles broke during transit (maybe 2-3 times).
If you are concern, perhaps you can consider this?

Dear Mummies, i do hope that you will understand that i wouldnt be able to confirm if i will submit the order for DHL first or Singpost first (as i have to look at the final items' weight & discount before i decide).
But my 1st choice will always be Singpost, since it is only flat US$4 - to be shared among spreeists based on items weight (unless you indicate that you only want to use DHL).
However i have to take in the following conditions - before i can use Singpost :-
1) Discount will usually be 5-10% for Singpost (not 12% - like DHL)
2) The items weight have to be less than 14lbs and maximum value of US$200
3) You dont mind waiting for 4-8 working days after order is shipped out by Iherb - but do give some allowance due to festive seasons
If items are more than 14lbs or value more than US$200, then will have to use DHL - and i will only place order when it is more than US$200 (paid orders) - and once again, it will be difficult for me to advise when i will place order, cos as mentioned above, i wouldnt know when the paid orders (US$200) will be in.
But you can make payment as soon as your orders are confirmed, so that you will be in the next batch - the one that i'm placing order

Hi doveymum, Iherb don't use bubblewrap, they will either use brown paper or "egg-tray carton" to pack the fragile items.
No, we cant give their special instructions.
In the event of breakage, they will only refund product cost, they don't refund shipping charges. thanks,
