WTA: Which bottle caps fit hospital glass bottles

Hi. Can anyone advise which kind of bottle caps (eg. medela) can fit hospital glass bottles? Or must it be bought only at hospital pharmacy?

im using the glass bottles to store bm.. after warm i use my nuk bottle cap.. its fits well =)
