Hi mummies!

I will be having my first child this year and am just wondering what are the reliefs I can get to ease my tax burden? I understand that there are certain reliefs which only mummies may claim. As I am new to this, any kind souls out there to help me?

Thank you dear I am really excited yet nervous!

I just went to the link you shared, it was really useful! Explored the website a bit and found out there's something called the Foreign Maid Levy relief as well for us with foreign helpers. So glad that there is something for the mummies who work! Just want to check, for a first time claim, will I have to submit my child's birth certificate or any other supporting documents? Anyone knows?

No need just need to fill up your Child's birth date and birth certificate number I think! I don't remember submitting any extra documents if you live with your parents and in laws you can also claim additional relief.
