myomectomy - international maternity insurance

Hi All,

Need help.

I have undergone myomectomy last year and as per my doctor my pregnancy won't be normal but will be c section.

I am planning maternity insurance, and feel need to declare myomectomy in form.

What if I get international maternity insurance and if doctor suggests for c section delivery based on previous myomectomy and insurance company rejects claim saying its related to pre existing ? In which case maternity International insurance won't help for c section.!

We are foreigners in SG and myomectomy was in India.

Please provide Insights if somebody went through this.
