I did seek some advice but the lawyer told me to file it on my own at the family courts if I do not have enough money. I'm so sad that I wasted money to do a separation deed and do not have much left to file for interim custody, care and control. I feel so stupid. I don't want to make the same mistake to file to Family Court and still lose or get a very low maintenance amount. I want to spend all my time and money on my baby. I feel extremely guilty for still having to rely on my parents. I want to be able to provide for them but I can't. I don't buy anything for myself at all and I don't even want to cause I want to give my baby everything. I do not have the habit of keeping receipts and purchase mostly from Carousell to save cost so I am afraid I won't have a good fight to ask for maintenance if I am not able to justify. FYI, I fully BF and my dad helps to buy diapers/wet wipes from Msia. We cook simple food for the baby from the market - like rice and porridge but the fish is pretty expensive.
