I just saw this post and I would like to share my recent experience after giving birth to my6 first born. Honestly, it hasn’t been easy for me too. I’m currently 10 months postpartum, and I really struggled with body stress because of the weight gain and belly fat after childbirth. There were times I felt frustrated because my body didn’t bounce back as fast as I expected.
What helped me the most was finally starting a proper weight loss program that my friend introduced to me. At first I was doubtful, but I realized consistency was really the key. The team guiding me also helped a lot with motivation, meal guidance, and keeping me accountable.
I’m still not exactly back to my pre-pregnancy figure yet, but I’ve already seen a big improvement compared to the first few months postpartum. I think every mom’s body heals differently, so try not to pressure yourself too much and focus on steady progress instead
