Two weeks ago, I sent my helper off for her home leave. Usually home leave is granted when helper fulfills 2 year contract but I let her advance the leave so that she could spend the festive period with her family.
During her absence, we had to make alternative arrangements for my children which includes taking leave and getting family members to chip in. Sadly, when I was expecting her to return, she played me out.
I have 2 children, aged 8 and 4. My helper would pick the elder one from school (single session) and the younger one from full day childcare and see to their meals.
I'm at a loss now, so I hope that I'm able to get a good transfer helper through this forum. Fellow mummies, pls help. Thanks.
