Hi mothers and mothers to be, I am currently 12 weeks pregnant and just stopped all support jabs.today, I just has spotting and slight cramps . Called my gynea immediately and he advised mi to just have bed rest and avoid walking. Do anybody experienced the same situation. Pls advise, thanks.

I experienced spotting/bleeding in 1st and 2nd trimester. Yes you will need a lot of rest, do not carry heavy stuff or walk around too much! I did bed rest for very long and basically i took mc and hospitalization leave for the whole pregnancy. Rest is very impt for you now.
