NIPT or OSCAR (Help)

Hi all,
First-time mom here and in 3weeks I'm scheduled to have either NIPT or Oscar test
Had x2 Miscarriage before this so I'm not sure which one shall go to have a peace of mind.
Need your advice which one shall I go to?
Some go for both, some go for either one, some didn't go at all.

PANAROMA and HARMONY the same?

My doc suggested nipt hence I went for it. Think the 2 is similar, just preference.
