I am having dilemma on my current helper . She is approaching 2 years and up for renewal in 3 months. But I realized recently she is lying. She lies about minor stuff like saying her slipper is spoilt but it was hidden in her cupboard. With that she took out my slippers to wear without asking. And then she hid my clothes and kept in her cupboard and was found out by me.
And really i wonder how much stuff she have taken from me without me knowing. Of course I am not keeping tabs.
With cases like this when I am dealing with dishonesty should I send her back?
Am I too drastic in my thoughts?
