I need some advice on maid issues.
My maid is with me for about 1 year 5 months. Recently in january she cried snd saying she want to go bk mynamnar tomorrow. I told her contract states she can only go back after 2 year which is october 2018. Now is only january 2018. (She cried and telling me, her money send back $1000.00 to her sister for her daughter school fee, the money has been stolen by her sister. Purpose of her going back is to take back the money) me and husband, out of goodwill, we let her go back earliest in april, however she says that she dint want to go back in april, n say that may is a good time to go back as its her daughter school holiday. And confirm shes coming back and continue to work for us. So we agreed took our leaves for may and booked 2 way airticket for her.
However, in march 2018. One day she cried again!! "Mdm!!! I tomorrow go back mynamnar!! I dont want to talking!! My body painful! Tummy painful!! I cannot working anymore!! Tomorrow go back mynamnar!" I was stunned! I say ok since you are sick i bring you to the doctor now! Come follow me! She say no! I am not going to see a doctor i tomorrow go back mynammar! I was of course very pissed! Let her cool down. Then i ask her again, come u bring you to he doctor. Then she tell me mdm i 4 days never poo. Omg!! So ots constipation?? Constipation you throw your temper on your employer?? I bought prune jyice for her. Poo come out not painful anymore and she smile. After that mood back to normal
My husband is very pissed! Intend to just send her off in may.
Along my this maid is good alot initiative to take care of my baby, attitude good, evetything we ask her to do, she never say no. She piorities my baby as important. We never scold her before, her english not very good n cleaning n cooking ok only. All we close one eyes. Reason we just want her to piorities on baby. Her attention on baby is what we like about her and intend to renew her. Untill recently she shown this "temper on us" now she back to normal again
Now think back last year 1 time stunn with my dad, also take out lugguage and threathen my dad n say ah gong you nag at me somore, baby you take care. I go back mnamnar.
Shall we keep or let her go?? Is she starting to climb on top of us?? She know we got no mother to help take care baby, no backup. Need her so she come out this stunn??
