Maid do part time job

Dear mommies, my maid wanna do part time job during her off day. She know this job from her friend who can earn $12/hour. Is it againts the law ? And if anything happen with her during her part time job who will responsible ? If you in my shoes, will you allow or not ? Need your advice . TIA

It is against the law.

If i were in your shoes, i would not agree. Explain to her that if anything happens, you are responsible and if she is caught breaking the law and it is proven that you knew about if, you may be held accountable. The security bond you have with her will be forfieted. And that is just the tip of the iceberg.

Pls don't even allow her to do part time, she's officially bonded with u as her employer, dependent pass also under your name...
