I am in week 9, singleton, but also bad MS.
I take ribena drink and ginger tea (once a while), as ginger tea can curb nausea but some unconfirmed studies said not advisable for expectant woman. But ginger tea really works like wonder. Also can buy crystalised ginger from TCM shop, suck the ginger crystal, works the same as the ginger tea.
I also take small meals, every 1 hr plus have to eat if not the nausea will become worse. Take plain cream crackers, pandan plain bun, bao...
I just hope that by next week, my MS will end, as it is gradually slowing down, I think.
