I have been under Dr sadhana for four years already..actually she is a good doctor..I used to work with her wen I was werking in KKH at the obstetric ward..although she has not much patients under her,most of the patients under her are well taken care of as in lesser complications in labour..but lately,a lot of complains abt her..even wen I go and see her,she doesn't talk much..she straight tells me what is the next step..my husband got so irritated with her wen she was talking to a staff regarding another patient wen I was lying on the couch for ET with full bladder..not only that..on ET morning,I had terrible pain where I almost fainted in the toilet..and wen I told her abt it,she told me that we can proceed with ET..and now I failed the cycle(dunno if it's connected to the pain..)..
Hopeful my FET turns out well..as that is my last resort..I will not be dong any more cycles after that if I fail..

Then the very next day I went to nearby clinic to have bt again result shows 235. When I went back to kk again 2 days after 1st bt with them it drop to 145 and from there I know I am bleeding my bb away :( this is chemical pregnancy. :( all this while I am bleeding like menses

My hpt was a big bfn. Really chemical pregnancy will bleed like normal menses? I'm bleeding alot really. And the cramps are quite painful but still bearable. Iwantahealthybaby, Hope AF doesn't visit u! U have less than a week to bt right, Hope everything goes well: )
 
Hazel : your coll got all the quality eggs one shot ! It won't happen if just ET 1 at a time. At most get twins, but very rare, triplets even more rare. Actually, don't need time off work, i did mind without any leave, work as per normal, at most took 1/2 day for ER only. U r right, money hard to earn these days and inflation is terrible. Anyhow, wish u all the best, maybe one fine day, will get your good news again.
 
Mbbhopeful: hcg can still be detected even if u r bleeding.. it just slowly flushes out if not a viable pregnancy

LoveG: yes in 2ww. FET. Losing hope but hanging on. This round is lining worry. I go twice weekly and 3 times on week of transfer but never tot of going daily..

I dont do much coz I think if embbie and womb is strong baby will make it. Mine both not too happening. I am taking brazil nuts and chicken essence & continuing red date drink that's all. I continue to do housework and carry my 2yo coz no helper. Have to leave it up in the hands of God after ET.
 
I heard of a lady who transferred 2 and both split. And she donated her remaining embryos.. and guess what, those split too when the recipient used them. Many magical things can happen in this world.

Jklim ur gal is sooo cute! But maybe next time When she grows up, she will want a sibling to play with.

Belle is my pride n my darling. Though she is only 2, she is matured. Fr 6 months old, she follows me wherever i go other than i go to work. She hugs me to sleep, i cry, she will ask if is daddy who made me sad, i said yes, she will go hammer him. She saw a mark on my hand, will go take her cream n apply for me, etc. Like now, i reading forum, she is next to me, holding my arm watching tv, now n then kisses me put her face near mine. :)

juz share something abt my journey, b4 starting iui/ivf i hv conceive naturally but abt 4 wks like that i start abit bled n was scared. i juz went to nearby women thomson medical to check (which i regretted) i do know abt this forum or anything abt support to the pregnacy. the doc attended me did nt mentioned abt anything on support n he juz scan in cant see the foetus n aft the scan it bled more, :( n told me blunty no baby. i n my hubby cried in his room, n he is so cold towards us. we took the blood test it was high n few days latr it dropped. so told us mc.
so i m very grateful to read all info here n encouagememt given by all sisters.
so for those who start to bled , pls go to any hosiptal to get support.
everytime i think back i regretted nt gg back to dr loh when i found out that i bled.
whatever it is, if the baby is nt meant for us let it be. God surely w give us baby according to our desire;)

In deed it is super tiring to do it daily, the waiting is terrible, hopefully the hard work is worth paying off by end of the day.

May I know you did how many days of transfer? What is your lining on last scan? Did your dr do the lining scan again during ET? Don't lost hope, everything will be fine. What I can still remember is taking Brazil nuts, chicken Essence, durian, red dates wolfberry tea, wearing socks, rest more. Due to fall sick and bad cough, unable to take chicken essence (I used to boil it myself) and too heaty to take red dates drink, I am now left with just wearing socks at home, hope it doesn't affect my chance of success.

@babydusty initially I also experienced this during my scanning. 1st to 3rd scanning my lining is only 4.2mm and my biggerst follicles are already 16 or 17mm. The MO didn't inform my doctor in charge and wanted me to go for ER. I sound my concern to her and she then realized my lining problem. I was scheduled to come the next day and to my surprised my lining shot up to 8 triple. I couldn't believe what the sonographer had said but lucky she printed a copy of my lining for the MO and then I was scheduled for my ET. I didn't eat any special food but I continue to take frolic acid and vit E. I hope this is helpful as previously I don't experienced such situation. FYI this time is my 2nd fresh cycle.

I agreed with @LoveG that red bean and red dated are helpful too. You may want to try this.

thanks denmeg. ive tried my best for today, drank 3 bowl of red bean soup, 3 times raspberry tea and gobble few times of brazil nuts. just hope for the best for my next scan tomorrow...
 
Mbbhopeful, yes exactly a week to my bt. Not very positive week I feel. No symptons, body temp seems to go down, no cramp, no bloatedness, don't feel tired, no nauseous feel, no frequent urine. Boobs not sore and full too. Whichever early signs I got none. The only hope is af haven't arrive and I am holding to this only hope till bt.

Yes even when you are bleeding you can still detect positive on hpt if you are pregnant. That's what happen to me before. I thought it's menses but 2 days still spotting so I test on hpt shows positive. Went bt two days later as it was a sat and KKivf was closed, my hcg reading was low and the bleeding just continue for exactly two weeks. I presume 1st week is the mc bleeding and 2nd week was my menses blood.

Hi today is my 16dp2dt and suddenly I have this fainting spell and while having dinner and my DH got so frightened. We went back home after dinner and while showering I suddenly have cramp on my right leg. Does anyone experience this while during the 2ww?

Remember in the classic period chinese costume drama, the princess will suddenly faint? And in the next scene she will be in bed and the doctor will be whispering to the evil MIL that she is pregnant? good luck for the BT. Rooting for your beannies.

Was your AF delayed when u were on progesterone last time? for my fet, cyclogest delayed my AF for abt 2days before I tested negative. but I still wish u good luck cos like what u said, one day no af one day of hope!

at least u got pregnant before, not like me. Never even had a positive hcg..
 
Denmeg the fainting spell sounds v promising!! Some sisters mentioned that they felt giddy too before their bfp. Ya u can start testing oredi, your bhcg is just a day away!!

What happened next If hcg not high, anything I can do? Anymore bt? Never cross the first round. So nervous. Last round the nurse just say sorry and didn't inform me my hcg number.

If bhcg low nurse will ask u to take another BT. Next time ask for numbers so u know if there is implantation.

Mbbhopeful, yes previous on utrogeston it delay my menses. The menses only came when I stop the inserts. It came almost immediately. So I guess this round on cyclogest it will delay too if not pregnant. Of cause I hope it's pregnant that's why no af :) but not hopeful as what I mention totally no signs. For me I don't cramp during menses so the af sign I cannot detect too but already start some discharge and my bbt is cold every morning when I wake (didn temp but can feel forehead not hot/warm)
 
Iwantahealthybaby, if u hv been taking yr bbt and the temp is consostently high, the chance still there. Anyway, bbt is not a good gauge for pregnancy fo some ppl too. As long as no AF, there is still a ray of hope. Fingers crossed for u.

Hi bb_hc,

On my day 18 post transfer, my hcg was only 56 and kkivf nurse didn't sound optimistic. She asked me to come back 2 days later. That night i was spotting with brown dark blood. I tot my first ivf is over. So i went back, dragging myself to test. Hcg was 206. I was stunned. But again the kkivf nurse didn't sound optimistic and said to come back again in 2 days as it could be a chemical pregnancy. Today is the 3rd time testing for hcg. Waiting for the dreaded phone call. no more sore boobs, no more cramps, no more headache. Just bubbles felt in my tummy.

@denmeg, you can do your urine pregnancy test today or to the clinic BT test. Jia you :)
 
congrats martinieliz, you hit over their mark. at least you make it your hcg double despite the spotting. take extra care meanwhile. if it does spot again dont hestitate faster go to O&G or any gynae for extra support :)
 
Sisters,

I have something to announce. I went for BT test this early morning because of spotting and I just gotten my result. HCG 412 @ D17. The supposed BT test is tomorrow.

Actually, I have been spotting for few days but not in dangerous mode. However, I would like to emphasize if you are "spotting", please go and do your BT immediately to check on your hcg level. You may ask for IM Pregynl and oral tablet Duphaston supports at the same time. It is very important to salvage the situation. I believe there a lot of sisters here been advising the same thing and it is true.

I have a mixture of feeling now - unbelievable and happy! *(^.^)*
 
I would like to thank all sisters here for the advise when i needed most yesterday especially nikomichi, LoveG, iwantahealthybaby and denmeg!

Today scan reveal my lining has increase from 3mm(yesterday) to 6-7mm today!!!! My follicle size is at 18mm now. Really hoping for it to increase to another 2mm and also ovulate by tomorrow. Its only been two days of scanning, i feel so tired. Rushing back to work somemore. Tomorrow taking half day morning for the scan. So stress taking time off from work.

Today will be gobble more red bean, more raspberry tea and brazil nuts!!! Wish me luck people for tomorrow.
