brownie, very likely is positive, not false as u didn't have any pengyl injection. Today shld be 10dpt, et day is d1 right?

Lyn, i hope so.. *pray, pray, pray* But to tell you frankly, my embbies grade are not so good.. one is grade 3, the other grade 2..

Dont worry about d grade. Think couple of ladies also doesnt have best grade embryos but yet BFP. Be positive!!

blissful, i dun have symptoms.. i just happen to test and it came out +ve.. actually i kinda ready for dissapointment coz i dun feel anymore cramps after D6pt..
 
brownie, i also not sure too whether after thaw, do they become d3. was just looking at my embbies photo, think they look different from the bro/sis i transferred during fresh cycle, so don't know is it because they divide somemore.

Btw gals, I read from web that is best we do a detox of the body bef starting the cycle but i'm gg to start the microgynon alr is it still advisable to do so?

Dear gals, i just read regarding Clearblue Digital HPT often have false positive results.. I'm going to buy another HPT to re-test, any reconmendations? I got a feeling, mine is also a false positive result..

I was on short protocol for the first ivf with SGH. my second one will be on short also, i think is due to my poor ovarian reserve they were saying tat they cannot use long protocol to supress the eggs too long. the doc also ask me to buy microgynon before the ivf, but ended i bought but din take the med and start the ivf straight away.
 
Brownie, what I did was jus go to gp n do pregnancy Bt. Better than u keep guessing here n there. The morning I tested positive I went to Gp already. No patience to wait till hospital Bt time. N I requested for express result. Jus pay like $45 for it. Good luck..
 
Ladies, here's the verdit.. Done HPT again.. Its negative.. Clearblue gave me false positive result..

So sad.. I guess i'll j uz wait for my AF.. Sigh.. another unsuccessful cycle..

brownie, dun give up hope. Different brand got different sensitivity to the amt hcg to give a positive. Cld be the 2nd brand u used need higher hcg to detect. Continue to be positive. 10dpt maybe too early for all hpt to detect, coz hcg not high enuff.

which brand u using? different brand different sensitivity

u know what..i've been testing HPT strip, always give me very very light positive till i gave up and use clearblue digital..in less than 1 min 'pregnant'. After that i use another HPT just to be sure, also very very light positive..so dont give hope so fast. every brand different sensitivity.

Maybe u can test again in another few days time.. This is when hcg can be detected by hpt.. No pt make yrself so anxious to test now.. Any results now may not be accurate cos its still early..

Brownie, u tested too early. Most sensitive HPT can only detect HCG reading of more then 50. I suddenly remembered got a frd who tested positive on the clearblue but in actual fact she is not pregnant. Otherwise use a diff brand. Heard the guardian product is quite sensitive. Or u shld wait for BT........

i ask the nurse...i tink need to pee on my own.. she says no need to drink until very full bladder... so after the procedure, will not be running to the toilet immediately.
how abt urs?? will use catherer?
relax, u hv gd number of embbies, all will be fine tmr.. whts time is ur ET? in the morning?

showed her the no of eggs I gotten for soiui n she said wasted should have converted to ivf cos good nos
 
lyn, yeah..last cycle i drank like 2litres of water before ET, nearly burst my bladder....
this time i was told to just take some juice during breakfast, and 2 cups of water after..thts enuff liao.
my ET is on sat..so tmr still can go shopping...

I am back from my mini outing today Heee...Went for my progesterone jab and back to my mum's place for dinner. Times passes so fast when u are not doing the " Staying at home 2ww ".

Wait till day 14 at least, acc to dr zou. If ET is say thursday, test on the following wed. Dun give up hope yet. Stay postive. Like the sisters said, different brand different sensitivity. That's why in TFC, as they are using the urine test, we are called back on day 17 to be safe. Jia you

yea..today the embryologist who called says doing D3 transfer.. they usually do D3 transfer..unless D3 falls on sunday..then they will do D2 transfer..thts wht i was told.
 
cos I came in at 8.30pm... last patient of the day... plus 1st time so spent 1/2 hr talking + 1hr front n back accupuncture
