My own mum also asked "enough milk or not?" Never ever say this sentence to a breastfeeding mum especially when she's has just given birth. Already struggling in bf still got to hear those words. Very frustrated one lei..
During my labour, I was given the "smiley" sheet too.

my mil did dat to me when i was in confinement. worse still, she ask how come take so much fish soup still no milk?!

It's not going to be easy to bf for the first time and now that your first are twins. But I hope you don't give up before you even try.
I used cabbage leave in between feeds when I had sore breasts. I didn't use that to stop bf. Just reduce the no. feeding then eventually stopped.

If everything was given go ahead and have tested positive on OPK, ET is scheduled 2 days later is it?
Cos i have to roughly know when i'm going on MC to prep my bosses in advance cos happen to be audit week in the first wk of Jan and that's probably when I will be doing ET if all goes well.

Just came back from poke poke & had lunch with hub, wah it was nice (like out of the bird cage)...

Muski, what i know is that pregnant lady should not use weighing scale that has magnetic unit. like those can count body fat and etc.
So you better check if yours is ok.
I asked Osim when wanna get digital scale, and this is what they told me. so i bought just the normal digital scale.
Hazel and is it Gan who skin improved? so good..
my skin has been super oily since 2ww, now even worst. small pimple popping every where. though not until ugly but still for someone who normally never have pimple, this is a nightmare for me.
But also because of this skin condition, i had a feeling that I'm BFP.
I told my dr, this is the first time ever i have so many pimples on my face. haiz..
Rostrum, yes we have to return to see Prof i think 5 days or a week after ET. No scan will be done. he jsut wanna make sure we don't have OHSS. so he will only check any bloatness. If you said no discomfort and etc, he will say 'very good' already. Anyway just take that chance to have a fresh air.

Dec, but mine really very very very very bad (haha) less den 1%...but anyway we have one (blessed)if can hope to have one more as i think my son is lonely.
Be brave give it a try, I failed many times u see i still try haha...even got to TCM. when she poke me today i ask myself ah yo...

Vi4n, could u share with us...on the temp. is there an increase in temp from day one etc.
Blissful, not say increase bah, jus remaining high. For ET means we are ovulating, right? so that day itself my temp was already around 36.7, then during the 2ww, it was continue to be around 36.7-36.8 taken in the morning before 9. If evening will be around 37.1-37.3.

Hazel, i have not taken my basal temperature for a long time. =p because for a period of time, i think i didn't ovulate, my temperature was highest at 36.4...
I was asking because i am curious whether there would be a change in the temperature for IVF.
Left my thermometer at home, will ask hubby bring for me tomorrow.
Hazel, you must measure first thing in the morning before u get out of bed, not now.

Oke. just remember before you take temperature you are not just after drinking anything cold or warm. or say after a shower.
Yup the most accurate BBT should be taken on the same time each day once you just wake up, not even getting up to take the thermometer. So my thermometer is just beside my bed. I just need to reach it with my hand, once alarm rang. and will test it with my eyes closed.
I set alarm on the same day to test even on weekend. but it will be slightly lower if you are not having at least 6hrs of sleep.
Blissful, I don't take BBT regularly now. but sometimes i just did it for fun. hahhaa..
