Yup..protein powder is excellent esp during OHSS...thats how i survived in hospital without the need to drain out water from stomach.. With that my bloatness also reduced much faster after the OHSS.

- We need protein to produce better follicles and also to reduce bloatedness. Of course we can also get protein from food like
egg white and meat however for body absorption of protein, protein powder is much better. By the way i also take chicken essence
during IVF, i believe this also helps with follicles growth
