Im sorry (((hugs))). Sometimes its hard to explain why this cycle can go wrong when everything seems to be good. And I think only God knows. I had a fail IVF cycle last year and Im fortunate enuf to get it success this year. I hope you don't give up trying. I hope you will succeed in FET cycle. I have heard many who fail all the fresh IVF cycles and get it strike with FET cycle. I wish you are one of them. I know at this time you feel discourage and painful, it takes time to heal your pain. After you have pick up the pieces, you can start doing some exercise and also eat lots of supplements or even go for TCM. When time is right you can try again.

Can it be that the pregynl medication has just been out of your body and so you will get a negative now, but who knows it will be positive later?? I am wondering...

I want to do ivf this coming cycle cos my doc will be away for whole month in dec. and if i wait till next year, have so many CNY holidays he may be away too. so earlier better. last cycle i did gonal f jabs but we gave up halfway cos overstimulation. anyway my doc say ok to go next cycle, so i'm quite ok.

just saw your posting to austere. Just wanna to ask, the BT on 5dpET is to check the progesterone level and not hCG hormone, rite? These 2 hormones are different, cant possibly check for hCG on 5 dpET which is supposed to be in huge amount only when pregnancy takes place which is usually to be tested during beta test. As for progesterone, it is the 'warm' hormone we are injecting everyday to thicken the uterus lining and help supporting pregnancy.

when I did my 1st iui, I also thought that it was going to work. I spent my 2WW like a pregnant woman and felt so hopeful. I was really devastated when I got a negative for my urine test at home. I cried for 24 hours non stop... until my eyes nearly cried to blindness... the feeling is like crying over the death of my own child when there is no such child at all... the feeling is terrible!
Can I ask the ladies here that when will be the best and most prudent time to test urine pregnancy test before the beta test huh? I think I will check first before the hospital tells me.

yeah, i was so hopeful too. i had pretty bad cramps the wk after the procedure, thot tat meant sthg happening... din do pregnancy test tho, i kinda expected the result when my bbt dropped fm D24.
i jus dunno how many more times i shd try iui. doc says to try at least 2 more times, but i feel tat my body clock is ticking.... plus i prob need to remove my fibroids first, all thse cld add up to 3-4 more mths, i dun hv much patience....

before this ivf, I was also thinking of trying a 2nd iui first. But after talking to an ex col who had tried 5 iuis and 4 ivfs, I decided to go for ivf str.
I have also been taking my BBT, even till now. But for my last iui, my BBT didnt drop until my beta test. And my progesterone level was also very high. And I have all the pregnancy symptoms during the 2WW(tiredness, nausea, giddiness, cramps etc) which made me have good hopes, but later I knew that those were also all the side effects of the progesterone medication.

i read the info pamphlet the hospital gave, but want to hear personal experience, and sounds quite icky. pain or not ? my legs tense up everyime the doc checks down there, so how to relax?

How are you doing so far? Did you manage to keep the smoking at the bay till now? All the best to you! Your persistency will be rewarded one day.
Regarding the blood test it's usually done on the same day. However for the SA, it may not be on the same day. Your husband may be given an appointment in the morning to submit the sample. You would only be informed of the result, both blood test and SA by your doctor during your next visit.

Hugz..understand how you feel now, try to regain yourself and look forward.
I am a bit puzzled why your blood test is so early. Could there still be a possibility of getting positive later on if you have late implantation? Remember Juju tested on 9dpt using HPT, and was -ve. However, she got a positive related a few days later. Don't lose hope yet.

I just started my first ivf cycle last month, day 1 of lucrin was on 20 Aug, day 1 of puregon 250IU was on 5 Sept. Going for my scan this wed to monitor the progress.

Hi everyone. I THANK YOU gals from the bottom of my heart. You ladies are the bestest! DH and I talked it over and decided to try at the end of the year. Tot of giving my body a bit of rest first.
I did my BT at the clinic earlier today and they said that it was negative. Hmm..I guess blood test quite accurate rite? Well, let's just hope that a miracle happens and I get pregnant next week, I'll leave it to the hands of God. Taking one step at a time.

I just wanted to pour out my frustrations and anxieties. I am so scared. I've been feeling weepy and crying in secret. I think the end of my journey is drawing near. Though my blood test is next Monday, I'm very sure that my period will come before that. That was what happened in my last two failed ivfs.
Right now, I don't have any symptoms whatsoever, no cramps, not even the nasty intense cramps which I had described earlier, no bloating, nothing. I don't feel pregnant at all.I felt so sad for Austere but at the same time but when she mentioned earlier that her symptoms had sort of stopped, I felt so worried for myself too. Tonight my husband is leaving for Germany and will only be back late on Saturday. I so hope that my period wouldn't arrive by then. I hate to see his disappointed face though he has been so understanding.. Knowing that this is our last attempt, the pain would be unbearable.

Must stay positive and think of good things. Think of it as you're probably worrying over nothing. I think somebody posted earlier that some ppl experience no symptoms at all, so you could be 1 of them.

I know no point asking you not too think of it cos i know is impossible but at least you got to understand that this is the max you can do if still cannot then let nuture take course.
