Faith, remember our baby play dates next time. My next scan same with you too.. Btw any more symptoms? I m feeling normalized, boobs not as pain.
 
Hi ladies need some advise here as I will be going for my lst ivf. Experience some spotting just now, am sure shd be AF. Shd I call for appt now or do I wait for lst full flow?
 
Hi ladies, im re-starting this journey with short protocol and having my injections today.. i notice tht there are some changes on the scans.. as i remember tht last time i need to go bk like 2 days for 1 scan but now is D7 then scan wor... issit sufficient to build up the lining and egg quality by then? Also, im suppose to be under dr tan HH hands but he will be on leave till 18 june.. so i will be under Dr Matthew lau.. anyone here with me?? Felt abit sad..

You have got along way to go.. I just passed half the hurdle.. Still have another half.. Be positive n keep talking to your embies... Lots of bb dust..

Ya i did. I even made my hubby kiss my tummy and said goodbye to my embies before he went out for work. The things we do LOL!

Trust me.. At this point we are doing so many things we probably wouldn't even imagine we would..
Nevertheless it is only for our beautiful embies to grow to bubblicious babies!!
We'll do so much more for that won't we!!

Anyway most importantly. Hydrate yourself well... Very impt... And if u have very severe cramps drink more fluid.. My SIS's bestie is a SSN and she mentioned some women can have braxton hicks contraction n that could hurt the embies.. Mild cramps is normal but severe ones have to be careful..Drinking lots of water helps ease that.. Just that u have to pee a lot later..

It seems they have made some changes to their protocol so that the ladies no need to go back too frequently.

D7 then scan should be okay.
Mine was scanned on D8 of stimulation (I'm on long protocol though), and my lining was 9.1 triple if my memory didn't fail me)

Long protocol starts a cycle before the actual.
On D21, will start on Lurcin.
This is to stop ovulation.
Aft jabbing for 18days (where menses will come too), then a blood test for E2 and scan to check for lining and follicles.
The lining at this time shouldn't be too thick.

I had mine done on D5 of menses, D18 of Lurcin

Start my stimulation on D20 of Lurcin
With gonal-F and Saizen

Gonal-F is to grow follicles and Saizen is a growth hormone, help help assist with uniform growth too

Back to scan on D8 of stimulation (thurs) to check on lining and number of follicles.

As the sizes are good enough, had trigger done that night and ER 36 hours (sat) after that

I had my ET on Tue which will be 3D embryos

Aft that same for all...
Actually the diff between long and short is the Lurcin procedure before stimulation..

Hope it sounds clear...

Thanks for the explanation. Hmm under wht circumstances will be consider to under go long protocol? Sry keep asking amateur qns.
 
Dont worry abt high hcg lvl. Mine was 2000+ but tested 1 bb. My 1st 200+ also 1 bb. But my gynae did told me why this round i feel so shitty due to MS becos of high hcg lvl.

Hello ladies! Starting on my first ivf cycle.. Today Cd18 with dydrogesterone, for 18 days

Stims start on 26th June

With NUH, Prof Wong :)

And I'm so happy for so many of you getting your bfps the past few days, lots of baby dust around!

Just that now after bfp, no more cramps so hope they are growing inside strongly!

Much thanks for sharing, me too difficulty to fall asleep although very tired.. Sore boobies n no appetite..certain smells made me gag like perfumes and cooking..

We are on the right track ya

I hope all are well too faith and queby.
Didn't feel anything in tummy. Just gas :confused:..

I am worried will not feed Embbies enough. Feel so full and just manage 2 hard boil egg and water this morning.
Hope you both are eating better than me..

When are you all going for heartbeat ultrasound. I am so nervous :oops::rolleyes:

On btw do u also Hv frequent urination? Like 5 mins a few drops another 10min 1 drop another 5 min 3 drops kind?
 
I am feeling very crampy yesterday and today n egg white cm especially once i wake up.. I am 8dpt 5dt and my beta is on Monday.. Is it normal ladies?? Every time i cramp n feel wet below i go to the washroom to check.. Sorry TMI.. Getting more nervous as beta day nears..

It can be so stressful for yourself wor.

I do frequent the washroom more often than usual but not a few drops as i was told to take 2 liters of water each day. Do agree the urge was more than before...

Started having numbness on my left hands and legs... Anyone with the same?

Mine is a day before on 16/6...
I wonder how is it done and if it's by the gynae. Letter handed to me state I will only be seeing Dr Yu on 22/6. Didn't state any for 16/6

VCE symptoms similar to mine last week.
Sounds positive. Monday will be a very happy day for U:D:cool:
