Dandelion: I struggled for a long time on "do nt use abdominal muscles" and finally concluded its impossible to do yet a part ir me still wanted to heel the advice too. It was by chance I realize deep breathing works great and God-inspired to me. I was also v concerned about what I thought was contraction going on in that region every cycle I had and wanted to minimize it. I am thankful to 2 sisters here whom kindly gave feedback when I asked if they experienced it before since I have no idea if that is normal. I think deep breathing worked great
but might need some practice to do it correctly. I know that deep breathing helps also from Tcm point of view.
Ah, I also practice deep breathing during the Accup session when I am left alone for that 20mins for abt 5mins, helps to calm down and sleep I think. I just thought it might help in blood circulation and do some good to body.
I am glad I went to Dr Zhu from Hua Mei at Bukit Merah cos they pretty much follow the appt time and cut down the stress of long queue.
