2WW = 2 wait week.
AF = Aunty Flow.

Will you be on Lucrin? For me, i inject it myself. I dont really feel the pain. The needle is quite short and thin. In fact, you don't feel any if you do it correctly and at the right place.

The clinic doctor or nurse will demo on you how to do the injection, just relax and see how things is done.

Hi gracie, hmm... you are lucky to inject the pregnyl on your buttocks, the pain will be terrible if you have to inject on the thigh like those of us doing with KKH (unless you sign a consent form to inject on the buttocks), the pain is much much worse than on buttocks. I heard the jab is painful cause it is oil-based and it is injected into the muscles from the nurse.

Hui, make sure the needle straight into the skin at 90 degree angle. When pull out the needle, make it fast and dun shake. So happy for you... can start 2nd stage soon..

After 2 weeks lucrin inject => blood test & scan
If everything is OK, start the stimulation.
After 7 days of puregon inject => scan
If follicles not big enough, continue injections and scan in 2 days interval.

My mense came 9 days after first lucrin for 3 days.

During the injection for Lucrin, do we need to go for blood test, understand there is baseline scan?? I might need to be away in Oct so it might coincide with my injection, so need to know if can still travel.

Jolene, I have spoken to the nurse before and she advise me not to travel so much during injection period at least for the first 2 wks. No strengeous exercise too, like running. Hope u can check with KKH again.
