U must be comfortable with the school and teachers. Communication is key. School must be open to talking to parents. Some sch dont allow teachers to talk to parents.
It's best to visit the centers to take a look at the setup.
We looked at the teacher to infant ratio, the shower area (air conditioned or not), if infants are separated from the preschoolers, the hygiene of the place, what activities are scheduled for infants, if schools allow parents to visit as and when etc...
