I have a few queries and hope to gather more informations on how to go about in doing it.

1) I wish to proceed divorce (personal reason), where to have 'free lawyer" and what's the requirement need for getting free lawyer?

2) I'm currently moved out for 2 months and plan to buy a resale flat once divorce is made successfully.

3) Can file for a divorce straight instead of 3 years (with both parties agree)?

4) HDB issues...

Tentatively, these are my queries. I'm totally lost. Please help to advise

We have a similar case.. But I'm not going to wait for 3 years to divorce, I hoping both agreement to divorce..
