Going rate for babysitting allowance to MIL

hi mummies,

greetings to all of you! I am expecting my lil one in April next year and feeling really excited! After much discussion, hubby and I have decided that my MIL will take care of my lil one when I go back to work after my maternity leave. As she will be quitting her job at NTUC to take care of our lil one, I would like to have an understanding of how much you mummies out there are giving your MILs or Mums for allowance for babysitting your babies. A guideline or benchmark will do!
