Bon Appetite babies !!! It will be an exciting adventure for both mommy and baby while jumping into the world of solid foods. Sometime it will be a difficult job for mommies to make their little one adjust to something other than breastmilk. While introducing solids to the baby it is better to start with single fruit and vegetable purees which are easily digestible by the little tummy.
Feeding babies with fruits and vegetable puree in earlier stages may encourage them to accept varied flavors, colors, and textures. And makes your baby an early and healthy eater. Firstly start with sweeter veggies, than more bitter green veggies and finally with fruits. So that they use to all the taste like sweet, bitter, and sour.
The best fruits and vegetables to start with 6 months baby are carrots, apples, sweet potatoes, butternut squash, green pea, avocado, pear, banana, peach, mangoes, etc in a pureed form. These are the fruits and vegetables rich in nutritions and vitamin which is essential for the baby's healthy growth and development. Healthy food and proper diet are important for babies both physical and mental growth and development.
